科蘇梅爾埃克斯普羅恩全包度假村(The Explorean Cozumel All Inclusive)

El Hotel NO tiene playa, y solo ofrecen una actividad cada día. La piscina esta en mal estado. El agua de la regadera en la habitación se sale. El servicio del restaurante es muy lento, solo tienen un restaurante y pocas opciones de comida, ya que los otros que ofrecen pertenecen a otro hotel de menor categoría.

El hotel está genial, servicios y alimentos… sin embargo, la promesa de venta no es correcta, el hotel ya no tiene que playa y los dos restaurantes que aparecen anunciados los instalaron en las áreas comunes del Fiesta Americana, lo que no hace muy agradable comer ahí.

El hotel deja mucho que desear en general. El servicio de los concierges y recepción, el estado de la alberca , las actividades . Todo es decepcionante yo me hospede guiandome por la experiencia que tuve en el de Kohunlich y no hay punto de comparación. Lo unico rescatable es el servicio de restaurante en general y del capitan . Pero definitivamente no regresaria

Me gustó mucho que tienes acceso a su hotel hermano Fiesta Americana Cozumel, compensa en gran medida el reservar en The Explorean, lo que no me encanto es no tener servicios en el club de playa, pero aun así nos la pasamos de maravilla, Fernanda en el bar de la alberca y luego como hostess en el almuerzo nos atendió de maravilla, al igual que Miguel en la cevichería, nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones, en la cena en el restaurante Península, Javier nos dio un excelente servicio. Nos agradó mucho esta experiencia en The Explorean, regresaríamos muy contentos a este hotel

Our favorite part of this property were the free excursions that were provided each day. If you don't like the big resort atmosphere, this place is great. It's quiet and calm but their sister resort is a short walk away and you can enjoy the amenities of a larger resort there.

The grounds are lovely, but the pool is in major need of repair. Most staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were unfortunately put off by the concierge trying to sell us a time share after politely declining many times over. Overall, amazing greenery, very quiet and awesome snorkeling right out front of the resort! It was nice to have access to Fiesta Americana’s buffets and other dining options.

This was our 6th or 7th visit to Explorean. The staff is what makes this place great and the excursions. The food is reliable but has gone downhill over the past few years. We also really miss service on the beach. The pools need to be closed and completely retiled. My husband cut his foot badly on the bottom of the pool and so did several others during our stay. The entertainment staff is not nearly as good as they used to be nor the kids club staff. They really lost great people when Sophia, Maria and Faby left. What a shame! On the positive, there were still many familiar faces there and staff that we love and do a great job including Luis, Manuel, Samuel, Edgar, Jose, Alejandra and Virginia.

This was our second time staying at the Explorean, and I'm so glad we returned! The staff are so friendly and make you feel like family. They remembered us from our first visit and were always so kind. An excursion is included and planned for you each day, which we really love because you get to go all over the island. Luis and Julio were amazing guides for our excursions, Manuel was our attentive server, and Samuel kept us well-hydrated. Staying at the Explorean is nice because you have access to all the amenities at the Fiesta Americana (restaurants, pools, bars, gym, etc.) and also a private restaurant, bar and pool at the Explorean. It's quieter and each room is part of a 4-plex "casita", which adds more privacy. The landscaping is awesome - it's jungle-like, and we saw many iguanas, lizards, birds, and even a coati right outside our room deck. The only downfalls are that the oceanfront area is closed for service right now (you can still walk out there, just no food/drinks), and the pools do need some maintenance with the tiles (some are missing and there are sharp corners). Overall we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was delicious. We loved that we could enjoy the Fiesta Americana also at no extra charge. The free daily excursions that were included were also great! Our waiter Miguel at Fiesta was awesome and kept us laughing. Armando our guide was also very helpful with anything we needed. We definitely plan to return!
