科蘇梅爾海濱酒店&潛水度假酒店(Casa del Mar Cozumel Hotel & Dive Resort)

De los mejores hoteles que puedan ver, muy limpio todo, muy cuidado, los Shampos y todo eso súper buena calidad y muy amables todo

這家飯店的一切都近乎完美！我們有一間海景房！房間裡有一張非常舒適的特大號床，景色令人驚嘆！他們的餐廳也有很棒的食物和食物選擇！我們一定會再入住！ 

反正城裡好像也沒有什麼好的飯店。 這是一家不錯的度假酒店，不太豪華。 人員水準不錯， 飯店泳池不錯，前面有一個私人區域，適合小型潛水和浮潛。這家旅館大部分都是外國人住的。 還有一家潛水商店。

There is truly no better place to stay for less! The price was actually so good. I was concerned before getting there. Everything was awesome! The ocean view from our room was spectacular! The food is second to none! We love this place and when we return, we will stay here!

Good staff, they have a snorkel and diving area part of the hotel. The food is 5 starts ! We took the all inclusive deal for 42 dollars. Worth it! The only thing was the jacuzzi, kids were not allowed but there were some small kids swimming there so it wasn’t relaxing enough, they were also eating there ! Apart from that everything was excellent.

El hotel está ubicado muy bien, a 5 min de la marina y a la vez cerca del centro. Tiene un centro de buceo en el mismo hotel y tiene precios muy accesibles. El personal del restaurante es súper atento y amable, así como los costos también muy accesibles. Lo único malo es que en los cuartos la señal del celular no sirve muy bien y el wifi en mi cuarto no funcionaba muy bien. Wifi en el lobby, restaurante y albercas funcionaba muy bien

The whole place needs remodeling but they are doing construction to add another floor. Had 3 bad experiences with bad service in the restaurant also the wait staff sitting around watching football on my vacation I would like to hear music not the tv playing. With that said the price is right and good location. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Likes: snorkel across street if you bring your own equip. An abundance of marine life day/night snorkel. Dive shop/pier on premises. Quiet. Just OK food. Inexpensive to stay. Shirt ride to/from airport. Walk to stores/ shops. Good A/C. Beautiful grounds. Dislikes: Coffee!! We need coffee before 7am!! Rooms outdated. Bar /restaurant needs music. Maybe a band at night or live guitar etc. Replace bar stools. Add more bar stools. Coffee!!! We need coffee before 7am!!!!!! There are no coffee makers in rooms and no coffee avail until restaurant opens at 7am. No good!!!!! This is a deal breaker. Hear me management??!! We have to have coffee. Also, we need a refrigerator in ALL rooms!!

Where do I begin? The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by just checking in. I had to ask how to get to my room. Upon entering the room, and the entire stay the room smelled of mold and mildew. There is one outlet to charge electronics and it's under the bedside table and hard to reach. The ceiling in the bathroom is weirdly not connected so you can hear everything in the verandas and in the bathrooms next door. I kept my bathroom door closed but this made the bathroom stifling hot. No one helped me with my luggage when it was time to leave except the nice waiter as i was leaving the restaurant. And lastly the email I received from them addressed me by the wrong name and was in Spanish.
