The property was just as expected. Everything was in working order, the room was clean, the view was amazing and the breakfast outstanding. The staff was courteous. I had no issues, so I had minimal interactions, but I'm sure if you need anything they would oblige. I felt very safe and it was in a great location to walk everywhere. I will stay here again next time.

This is the 9th hotel or all inclusive that we've stayed at in Cozumel. So good that we've already booked to stay here on our next visit. As mentioned previously in others reviews the breakfast is great, the staff is above expectations, we loved the location. Not much left to say, you won't be disappointed

I liked that the hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to many restaurants. It is across the street from the dock where many dive boats pick there clients for thier scuba dives. The hotel is very clean and has a open air breakfast area. The food and service is very good. This hotel is very clean and comfortable and convenient.

We love staying here. The staff is very helpful. We especially appreciate the service we received from Sinthia in the restaurant. One very frustrating aspect was the wifi signal in our room (404) and on the pool deck was too weak to use most of the time.

The hotel was much more than I expected. It’s very clean. Very up-to-date. Large room. Bathroom is good, with good water pressure, air conditioning was great working order. The staff is excellent. Happy and always asking if they can help you. Very engaging. Very talkative.

Great hotel close to the Ferry dock. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the pool and outside facilities were great also. Thanks to Cynthia and the breakfast team for a delicious, fresh breakfast with many options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Muy accesible caminando a solo 8 minutos del ferry, cerca de los zona de antros, a 7 minutos del palacio municipal, el cuál está un Soriana, lo que más me gustó es que debajo del hotel hay un Seven Eleven 24 horas así que puedes comprar y guardar en el frigobar del hotel.

The hotel is very nice, small and very clean, the pool is small but beautiful. Only at least on the 4th floor where we stayed from 5:30 am you could hear noises from the hotel people working. That was a little annoying. But in general very good
