Travelodge by Wyndham Courtenay

I’m hesitant on writing a 5 star review…only because I want this place to stay a hidden gem. They have totally redone everything with brand new top of the line fixtures and amenities. The shower is beautiful, and honestly one of the best showers I’ve ever used. The sink is gorgeous along with the light up mirror (also heats up for use after a shower). We didn’t get a chance to use the Induction cooktop, but it’s an awesome addition nonetheless. Microwave…mini fridge that can freeze things…keurig…what more could you ask for? The cable was a little bit strange and the remote was odd haha but that’s about it! The rest was A . We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool. Definitely will be staying here anytime we come into town. :)

The Hilton I thought I was at the Hilton!! Mani, The front desk agent was amazing very attentive made sure I had exatly what I needed. Mani, went over and above in every respect it made my stay much more than I expected, that was a nice surprise. Great room, comfortable bed, clean and spacious. Thank you The Cliffe for a restful nights stay!

The guy at the front counter Mani, was awesome, he walked us to the room and made sure the light were on, he left and returned about 20 minutes later to make sure everything was fine with the room... his service was over the top good !!! The room was totaly renovated, it has the best rain shower... i would stay there again.

We canceled our reservation once we saw the condition of the room (furniture mostly). This place is a work in progress so the rooms have been updated, and painted, and new bathrooms and flooring but the beds and furniture need to be replaced. I had an allergic reaction to the cleaning products that they use so I had to change locations for my stay in Courtney. The staff was very accommodating and I appreciated that they understood.

Room 224 was not cleaned just look behind the bathroom door was filthy. YOU ONLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.. ********** all over the place at night. told us there were 57 channels there are only 6 channels and a snowy screen to boot AND THEY TOLD US 4 HOURS LATER THE TV SERVICE WAS BROKEN. NOT RIGHT.

I was in room 243 the for 2 night and there were 5 wasps that got into the e room through the vents. Towels were ripped. Blankets were awful. No where to hang anything. It was an awful time. Don’t stay here

It's a nice quiet place , they are doing some Reno when I was there , I got a newer room , they did a nice job it's very pretty looking good water pressure nice and hot , very nice place And staff , thanks folks

Tiene buena ubicación, cerca al paradero del bus que va al Monte Washington y a un Centro Comercial donde hay tiendas y restaurantes. No estaba muy limpio y no pudimos descansar por la madrugada hubo exceso de ruido en sus sistema de calefacción.

Val at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were old, carpet was stained. One of the rooms beside us had their bathroom fan on all night and it was very noisy. AC was stuck on one setting and couldnt be adjusted, so we just unplugged it. Overall, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. I would stay here again.
