科斯塔梅薩萬豪酒店(Costa Mesa Marriott)

Great location! 15 mins walk to South Coast Plaza and 5 mins drive to SNA airport. Breakfast was included, which is a good value. Will return to this hotel next time.

** NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY- NOT SAFE** checked in and she gave me what we thought was out room- with arms full of food and luggage and a crying 2 year old and 6 year old - we got to the room and someone was already in the room. I was completely mortified. When she gave us the correct room I hardly slept through the nights uneasy worrying they would accidentally do the same to our room. Took 20 minutes for elevator to get to our floor each time. Parking was inconvenient- We splurged to stay somewhere nice and “safe” and felt the complete opposite. if you want a safe family oriented hotel- this place is NOT it.

My experience was really bad! For some reason they had this alarm on and off all night! So we couldn't sleep. Also, they charged me extra on my card. I'll call to try to get my money back. I will not return to this hotel again.

Hotel was a standard business Marriott. Small bar, friendly service & a small but varied simple menu. I did not use the restaurant. Lobby is nice & check in was smooth. Good gym & laundry facilities are nice. I did not have time to use the pool or walk, but look forward to it upon my return. My room was maintained daily, which I like. Hyatt in Aliso only cleans once every 5 days or with a 24 hours in advance request. I don’t like paying an additional $36/day to park. But that seems to be the norm these days. Overall I had a hood experience met some nice people and felt safe.

The staff member she helped me checking in was very friendly and helpful making sure everything was good. Was very welcoming and warm. The only thing I had a problem with the TV out side the room wasn’t working properly.

Really lovely staff, most of all the day staff, as they are very busy, but always very nice. The food took a little too long to come out and I would have liked it, if you could have had it dropped off to your room. While I loved my room, the view and size, there was a stain on the carpet in the sitting area which I personal feel is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this standard, or any hotels for that matter, but particularly a Marriott. The TV was a pain, it's smart, big and there are two in the room, which is super nice. Plus they offered Showtime for free. But it's very slow to navigate and once you turn it off, the movie or show your watching is gone and you have to go looking for it again and start from scratch, which is such a pain. But all and all, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

If you’re a Marriott member and book through *******, your internet will be charged at $12.95/day and the webpage does not tell you that. Verizon cell service is little to none in the building. You also pay $20-30 per night for parking. They are a Pepsi only hotel for those who are coke lovers.
