Stay was enjoyable, bed was comfortable, outdoor hottub was very nice. I found the lobby restaurant Maitre D a bit unwelcoming. I really liked the room, most staff were pleasant. I would stay there again.

Highly enjoyed my stay at the Kingsley. My standard room was spacious and comfortable. Staff are energetic and friendly. They are happy to make your stay memorable. The food is creatively plated and tastes delicious. I highly recommend the high tea in the afternoon at the Kingsley, a nice treat. Spa is great for getting away from it all. Your stay includes gym, pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor heated pool with whirlpool.

We loved our stay at the Kingsley staff amazing would have like a glass or container for toothbrushes in the bathroom and maybe a coat hook on the bathroom door, nice touch with the chocolate an drawn curtains when returning back.

This is a great hotel however, not as close to the shopping and cultural activities as we would have liked. About a 30 minute walk to these areas. We elected to stay and eat in the onsite restaurant which was very good and reasonable.

The junior suite was amazing, the river view was beautiful, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and bar were absolutely great too.

Gorgeous hotel. Ate breakfast looking out over the water everyday. Breakfast buffet and menu were excellent. Dinner was really good too. Staff was amazing. Loved staying here

The amenities like the pool and breakfast were great! Th location was convenient because even though it wasn’t right in the city center, you could easily take a bus there.

Property is outdated.Darkk wallpaper and rooms. Not all room lights worked. To many switches for room lights etc. bathroom was the only thing modern about room. Bed was just ok. Creaking noises throughout night. Maybe it’s haunted. Lol.
