SP34酒店(Hotel SP34)

Toilettet virkede ikke. “Skabet” på hjul kan næsten ikke rulle/åbne. Meget lille værelse. Ingen “Do not disturb” (hvilket vi blev). Ingen refill af kaffe på værelset efter rengøring. Blev bedt om at forlade morgenmadsrestauranten kl 11.08 (havde stadig kaffe i kopperne). Sur og arrogant mand ved check-in. Det var vores 2. besøg hos SP34 og desværre slet ikke den dejlige oplevelse vi havde sidst. Der mangler finesse og opgraderinger.

I’ve stayed in a few Brøchner hotels over the years and had some of the best hotel experiences, sadly this one fell far below expectations. Room was on the small sideand not clean on arrival (the last guest’s used sanitary products were still in the bin!!!) this is just sloppy housekeeping. The hotel was tired and didn't feel cared for. Breakfast was the high point, but it didn’t make up for the rest of the experience. Rather put me off the whole Brøchner group… shame

Fantastic staff and breakfast also lovely touch with the free wines and night cap hours only complaint is room we had 224 it was impossible to get in and out of the bed at night as had to climb over the other person especially hard for mid 50 year olds probably not some much of an issue for younger people To be fair I didn’t complain about the room while we was there as hotel was full I understand but for our age room and bed not suitable but as I say apart from bed issue everything else about the hotel was great

Its a great location. The public areas are sociable. Some of the staff are friendly. But room so small i hit my head and shoulder on the wall lamp every time i get out of bed at night; walls very dirty; and despite asking at reception I struggle to get them to clean the room before 5pm several days. On Friday i had to ask at 6pm for the room to be cleaned even though it had been empty since12.30. The only reason i was there so late was because the safe has malfunctioned three times and i was there getting it fixed.. I have had to ask for fresh towels as they forgot to replace them. The room key has failed. I have been waiting for a week for the in room fitness kit they offer, asking every day (i dont think they have any although they offer it). I tried the gym but it is very dark and gloomy. I have about 6 inches width of hanging space in the room and no space to put suitcases. Today i went to reception at 2pm to ask if they could have the room cleaned before 3pm as i wished to shower and rest after that (I had been out of the room since 9am providing plenty of time for cleaning). She said she would call housekeeping and make sure it was finished by 3pm. At 3pm i was still waiting in the room for cleaning unable to start my shower, and then the cleaners finally arrived, leaving me very little time to shower and change before heading out again, then my 3 friends checked in same rate and all of them have much larger rooms with much more hanging space. Very disappointing.

härligt hotell centralt i Köpenhamn, lätt att hitta från Centralstationen. Vi hade bokat ett dubbelrum men fick en lägenhet i närliggande hus. Helt ok. Dock ingen AC men dom satte snabbt upp en fläkt som funkande bra. Extra trevligt med uteplats och ett glas vin på vinprovning på kvällen.

Fantastic location within walking distance of all central attractions. Locality very appealing too with lots of quirky bars, cafes and restaurants. The staff without exception were all very helpful and friendly too.

Modern hotel met leuke bar. We hebben genoten van een gratis glas wijn tussen 17.00u en 18.00u. De kamer was net met alle nodige faciliteiten.

Great location, quiet in the evenings, but close enough to walk to everything. Breakfast was good, and restaurant serving dinner was amazing. Staff friendly and helpful too. Would stay here again.

Perfekt beliggenhet, og veldig kjekt å kunne leie sykler på hotellet. God frokost, og positivt med gratis kaffe «to go» i morgenen. Var derimot minimalt med lys på rommet, og sengene var altfor harde. Ellers et bra hotell som kan anbefales.
