I was charged 235$ for sheet and told that because I had a lady accident they kept the deposit when I spoke to there receptionist she made me feel dirty by saying she would never have an lady accident at a hotel knowing that it’s unpredictable or like I did it on purpose and the beds were dirty but charged me for sheets but don’t but new mattresses. Will never come back here again. And when asked to speak to a manager I was told they don’t have any in the morning so I asked for a time they come in and she told me whenever they want to come in.

We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In addition, this hotel has simply renovated the corridor, but the decoration in the hotel room is extremely simple, and there are only a few shelves for the coat rack. A cabinet. All in all I won't be back. Very bad, very impersonal and very disappointing.

The hotel is ok. Front desk wasn’t welcoming. They are just ok. It’s disappointed driving so many hours and not feeling welcome and see people who are just doing a job and not putting any effort. I was happy to have “Veranda” plaza and go shopping and have different options in food too.

My sister and I both stayed in separate rooms at this location at her suggestion because she had “points” to cover one of her nights. The clerk at check-in suggested I change my room so I would be closer to my sister. I agreed and paid the small amount of difference in room cost. My only complaint was a blackout curtain which was not properly hung (and too high for me to reach the drapery hooks), so an outdoor light source outside my window (room 248) was a bit difficult to get used to. Guess I’ll need to book an “interior” room next time or pack an eye mask. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Tried to do an early check in to a location that has very few people onsite judging from the parking lot. Got up sold on an interior room because “no room was available” from the one I booked. Drunk guy was behind us and couldn’t stand to check in. One thing that did surprise me and got an extra star for overall was the food! Papi Clary and Sunrise Bistro both for breakfast and lunch was amazing. Birria lumpia at this place was crazy!

I stay here once a week as it is a convenient location to where I am taking care of a family member, the rooms are clean, quiet and the staff is always accommodating! The breakfast they offer is plenty, and coffee is great, it’s home away from home, and close enough to walk to restaurants and theater

I would never stay at this hotel again. The management staff & front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. We found a roach between the sheets of one of the many rooms we had. The heater wasn’t working in two of the rooms.

The hotel restaurant I was counting on for meals was closed and I was told would not be open for several weeks. In spite of it being 80 degrees outside, the hotel pool I was counting on to do PT was so cold, I could not feel my hands or legs after 30 seconds in the water. The in-room coffee was the worst I have ever tasted.
