夏洛特康科德希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Concord)

My family stays at this hotel 2-3 times a year. I have always had nothing but good things to say . This time the morning after I checked out there was $111 extra charges to my account. It took me all morning to be told that they would be taken off and the night auditor is responsible for these charges. So be careful and check your charges. I will not be using the card I have on file for any charges in the future.

Place was nice and it was clean. Paid for breakfast both mornings when booking, but only received 1 morning. Wasn’t worth the hassle over $26 so we just stopped at a cafe on our way out of town.

Stayed 2 days, room was clean, bed comfy, I also worked out in exercise room, their equipment was adequate. They also had an indoor pool, which I tested water (warm) but didn’t jump in. I also had the hot breakfast ordering French Toast and sausage. I wasn’t crazy about the sausage, the French Toast was ok. Overall, I stay at this hotel again, it’s about a 4 star facility.

We stayed for two nights on a drive to Florida, area was nice, they have an outdoor patio with a fire pit. The bar staff were friendly and attentive. The prices for drinks and food were high, but to be expected in a hotel.

My stay was very pleasant. Customer service was welcoming and professional including housekeeping during arrival and departure. I enjoyed my dinner and time at the pool. Overall my stay was great.

Our room was not cleaned well when we checked in. There was a dirty sock under the bed and dust balls under our bed. The comforter had like food or make up stains on them. The blanket was a bed skirt. The front desk staff when we checked in that evening was not friendly at all. He sure was not a happy employee for being left to do a lot of work. The breakfast and bar staff were very friendly and courteous. If it weren’t for my friend’s wedding at the hotel, we would have chosen another hotel in the area. And with the price per night for a room, a free breakfast would’ve been nice.

The location was great. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Especially the hard at it custodial crew. My only complaint, which is out of the control of the staff is the furnishings at least in my room were beat up pretty bad. No charger ports anywhere. Wallpaper in the bathroom peeling up. So, I've seen worse, and again overall I was good with it, but there is a lot of competition out there and these little things can make a difference in overall experience.

The staff is most definitely the best I’ve gotten out of this. We came due to our electric and water being off and they have made us feel at home on this Christmas holiday

Love the pool. Elevators were speedy. Nice handicap room. Hot water was great! People were nice. Had to wait on extra towels and washcloths but she apologized for the delay. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great stay!
