Three star hotel but things are new , breakfast is provided, location is good

There was so much road noise from the freeway outside the 1st-floor room that we had to wear earplugs to get any sleep. The AC unit rattled as it turned on, ran, and turned off, waking us all night. The bed was so close to the TV stand that I had to turn sideways to get by.

This hotel was somewhere between "fair" and "good"...it was nice enough for one night to rest between days of driving, but I'm not sure I'd choose to stay here if I was actually visiting the area. The room was very clean and the location was convenient for traveling in any direction on the multiple interstates nearby. The sofa was not particularly comfortable and the mattress was fairly broken down and sagging on the sides. The t.v. pixelated and THERE IS NO CLOCK IN THE ROOM! It was fine for resting overnight while traveling. That's probably it though.

Hotel is in a great location and staff is so helpful, can’t say enough about them. The room felt smaller then what I was expecting but overall we were happy with our stay.

The pool was closed while we were there and that was the main reason I chose this hotel for our kids vacation. Because it was celebrating their end of year from school, I had to go to Great Wolf Lodge and get a day pass so they could enjoy a pool.

Hotel is a little dated but nice. Our room had dried pee on the toilet bowl and the shower continually leaked water out of the head. However, the hotel was quiet and the bed was very soft. The front desk greeted us every time we came and went. We would stay again.

My family and I come and stay here at least once a year. Hotel staff is always helpful and friendly. Hotel is kept nice and clean.

It was ok. The room wasn’t spotless, there was hair in the sink and the shower was a little outdated with dirt spots, but we were there 1 night, and overall had a comfortable stay.

Sink clogged, no travel carts, tv small, room dirty, ice machine broke, curtains dirty, light didn’t work. Horrible experience
