Safe area, well lit parking lot; clean rooms- would recommend staying here

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was tidy and all, but it seriously lacked some basic stuff. Like, there weren't any cups, glasses, or even water in the room. I had to go all the way to the reception just to ask for a bottle of water. And get this, no one was around to help with my luggage. I'm a student and was staying there while moving into my new apartment, and I had these two heavy suitcases. I asked the lady at the reception if she could help me put them on a trolley, but she just acted like I wasn't there. Not cool at all. Honestly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Hotel was dirty- a/c didn’t work well- cover on a/c fell off. No hot water for showers- mold and it’s dirty!

I woke up in the mid of night and a cockroach was in my face.

Our stay was very good, although we were not at the hotel very much. Only thing not good was the blow dryer in our room did not work.

Overall this location is good. The price was reasonable. I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

Motel was ran down. Front desk staff was not friendly and gave the vibe that she hated her job and huffed and puffed about anything you asked her and would not stop saying she just wanted to leave and go home.
