Reception very friendly. Breakfast selections were good. Cleaning staff very friendly. Sheets had a few black spot/stains and towels were rough but overall a good stay. Elevator is extremely small and only one so take extra time at checkout. Hotel is set back from Texas Ave so noise isn’t too noticeable.

Person at check in unfriendly. Room outdated and way overpriced. HUGE (like 4 people fit in it) Jacuzzi in the middle of the room! Removable shower spray with no place to place it where the water isn’t spilling out into the bathroom. You have to hold it the whole time you shower or place it down so low that you might as well take a bath.

There was a minor issue checking in, with our original room’s door being jammed and unable to open, but the front desk got us switched over to another room and we had an overall positive experience. Hotel is conveniently located near several major stores and easy to get to. No issues with parking, comfortable room and beds, and breakfast in the AM. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

bed was comfortable plenty of pillows room was clean, the staff that we were able to communicate with were very nice , and everyone else was polite.
breakfast was passable, we did get to it near the end of the last hour. waffles are always good. but after that just eggs ,French toast, biscuits, no meat. all the usual cereals, cold and hot.

Everything was great except for one thing. There was no hot water nor water pressure. Both the night of my stay and the next morning there was neither. A nice shower ends my day and begins my day and is a prerequisite for me when choosing a hotel.
