Staff was awesome. Only complaint was it was to hot during the winter time. The ac wouldn't run enough to cool it down

This is an outdated property. The property was not maintained, lobby also. Very dark, dirty. Has an old, musty smell in the hallways and rooms. HVAC was very loud and can hear noise from traffic outside.

Our family stay at Holiday Inn was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. We truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely choose Holiday Inn for our future trips. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

This is a super convenient on and off the highway when traveling I-70 across Kansas. There are good food options in Colby also.

Check in was easy. Person at front desk was very friendly. Room was updated, clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were ok. My only complaint is their towels need to be replaced. They felt like sandpaper. Would recommend.

The lady who checked us in was very abrasive. Pool was
Closed. Picked this bc of pool and wanted kids to get to swim in our way to family vacation. Last at breakfast was an absolute pleasure. Loved her.

I liked that it was pet friendly, but it was obvious they didn't understand dogs. There were lots of rules about where dogs could go and couldn't and the penalties that would be imposed if the animals caused a problem.
