Fabulous staff and a very clean and well maintained location!

We specifically chose this for pool and hot tub 2 days of skiing and kids pool, hot tub and workout area all closed very disappointed

I've stayed at this property before. My gripe is the lobby and breakfast area was closed for renovations and I received no warning before check-in regarding this. Why am I paying full price for this?

I made the reservation on ******* 5 minutes prior to arrival (midnight and driving I-70). Pulled in and the person behind the desk said about three words which ended up being we dont have you nor do we have any rooms. Being as it was a non refundable room, again 5 minutes from destination so I wasn't to worried about making it, I had to spend the next 45 minutes on the ******* help trying to type on my phone and explain the situation to get a refund for something that was in no way my fault but became my problem. I will not use ******* again for this situation.

Used half a roll of cleaning wipes to clean the room. It was filthy. For a ‘pet friendly’ hotel they charge a $75 pet fee. Way overpriced. Hilton should be ashamed.

First room they gave us required a walk down a long hallway like the kind you see in nightmare dream sequences - it never ended. We also found someone's hairs on the bathroom floor. The beds looked rumpled and used instead of fresh. We were given a different room that was cleaner. The mattresses were horrible and we got about 3 hours of sporadic sleep. We were packed and out the door at 5:30 a.m.

Arrived at 1245 am. Asked for late check at noon. Denied. Got to the room and it's 45 degrees in the room. Ridiculous that they don't even have the heat on It's 307 am now. It's at 56 degrees. Ridiculous. Apples and orange were rotten. Not the cleanest hotel either. Kinda run down Just might stop staying at Hampton inns

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good. However the room was unkept, messy and zero attention to detail, rooms need alot of work even the bathroom shelving and also the hairdryer holder was falling out of the wall and hanging by a thread. Traveling across country and thought a hotel with the Hilton branding would have standards.

Put us in the room at far end of hotel, said back door and parking there. Door would not open. Told front desk. They said sometimes it’s fussy…………….
