Has potential for being a great hotel but staff left a lot to be desired. We were passing though town well moving our grandparents. After a long day of packing and driving we decided to book a suite here to unwind and relax. The main reasons we booked here was it at onsite amenities like restaurant bar ect. We were pulling a trailer and dis not want to have to go out for food. When we arrived the staff was very cold and not very welcoming, but we can get passed that! Well checking in we asked about the restaurant and were told it would not be open tonight. When i mentioned that was the primary reason for staying and online their hours say they were open they just shuged and said it should be open for breakfast but they could not Guarantee it period. When i adked to cancel my reservation they very coldly said we can not offer a refund day of check in. There was zero emotion no "we're sorry with expenation" nothing. Definitely will not be returning to this overpriced hotel.

The hotel staff were welcoming and helped give us information about town. The room was very comfortable and clean. There were great in-room amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. Close enough to town to walk to places if desired. We would definitely stay here again.

The Potential of this place is amazing however our experience was less than desirable. First off it’s obvious that booking through ********** was frowned upon by the ownership. We made this reservation months in advance of our stay and they stuck me and my family on two separate floors both in accessible rooms with views of the back parking lot. There were rooms with balconies and views but no such luck for us. In addition one reason we choose the BW was the hot tub and pool to relax us after a long day of hiking in the Park. Well, no pool or hot tub. They allegedly have a big leak. Total BS. You have a leak you get it fixed in this business. Now on to the room. Had a slight musty smell. For the most part it appeared clean but upon further inspection was not. The most glaring was the coffee mugs that were both dirty with old coffee in them. So I would give the BW a 2 star rating. But what seems to be the biggest issue is that ********** customers are treated differently. Might have to find another way to book.

We booked a suite for a girl's night out, the property was beautiful, and the staff was friendly. I have 2 complaints, first, the hours for the pool and hot tub were limited, they closed at 10 pm. The second is not the hotel's fault but trash service is just after 7 a.m., our room was on the third floor above the dumpsters, so we were awoken pretty early. The restaurant was fantastic for dinner as well as breakfast.

Everything about this hotel was superior! The lobby and staff are welcoming, decor is impressive throughout the property, complimentary washer and dryer, very clean, fireplaces and lounging areas on every floor, a wonderful restaurant on property, rooms are large and beautiful. I like the button indicating housekeeping wishes as opposed to the door tag. Location is great also. We loved our stay and will definitely return if we are in the area! Highly recommend this property!

Excellent place to stay in Cody WY. The rooms are very nicely done with comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the walk-in shower. The staff was friendly welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very over priced. I have stayed a lot nicer hotels and not paid this amount. The bed was super comfortable. Pool area was nice.
