可可比奇海灘卡納維拉爾港温德姆戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Cocoa Beach Port Canaveral)

Everybody at trip.com has been very nice and helpful and as I reserved a room at the beach I ended up not able to make my reservation because of car problems. When I called the app I was given a confirmation that they would be able to modify my reservation for free. Now the day of my reservation I see an email from the hotel stating that they canceled my reservation after already confirming the modification. Not cool especially when you have kids looking forward to being at the beach and now I'm being told out of vacancy. Not only that but I have to wait 7 to 10 business days in order to receive any kind of compensation of payment.

The staff was great, very friendly. But the room we stayed in was very dirty. The carpet made my socks turn black. There were tiny bugs and black dots all over the sheets/comforter. There were cockroaches crawling on the tv, tv shelf, microwave (there was even one trapped inside crawling around), and fridge. I took a bunch of videos of them but not sure how to upload it on here. I didn’t bother asking for another room, because if this room is infested with cockroaches, then the WHOLE BUILDING is. There were regular cockroaches and baby ones crawling around and also a couple huge ones that had wings. I slept the first few nights trying to ignore it. But one actually crawled next to my head on my pillow. I didn’t realize they were on the headboards/bed as well. That was it for me. It was too late to get a refund so we actually slept in our rental car in the hotel’s parking lot the rest of our stay. Only used the showers but didn’t sleep there. Never again. DO NOT SLEEP IN ROOM 207.

Personnel exceptionnel! Au déjeuner, la dame est aller nous chercher du beurre d’arachide dans-le l’hôtel d’à côté! Wow ça c’est du service!

Esta perfecto !!! Me ha gustado mucho y pienso regresar pronto !!!

When we checked in the staff was great! The beds were clean and comfortable. There was hair in my rooms sink and on the bathroom floor.

For a cheap motel, it served its purpose! We stayed here the night before our cruise. It was less than a 5 minute Uber ride to the port. Room was clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly! Would stay again in the future.

This isn't our foirst stay at th Days in. I will say they've done renovation since our last stay. New room flooring , and furniture. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
