I chose the hotel for a number of reasons they were quite specific including having a means to eat without leaving the hotel during my brief stay. Person behind the counter at the bistro but nothing short of mean – beyond rude – to try and convince me to go out there at one of the restaurants to get something to eat. When I asked about something on the menu she was very curt clearly not wanting to do the food prep which I didn't realize she was doing as well. I did find that she became quite friendly when a group of other customers came in? Front desk was rude and the sign was posted that water was available in the lobby since the water was being treated in the hotel, when I went to get the water it became billable and as I was waiting then to add it to my room, while she was interrogating another customer coming in that didn't have a "government ID" she didn't sit tell me your room number and of course that's not anything you would ask a customer to call out in the lobby of the hotel. The only service oriented people or those at the valet. It would've been nice to know that there were no other options when I booked the hotel then to pay the $24 valet charge. It would've been nice to know that more than 24 hours before I arrived.
In the morning I asked where the coffee was in the lobby and of course back to the bistro person and pay for your coffee.
Lastly, the sheets smelled strong of chemicals and it was difficult to even sleep. What are you washing them in?
