When I checked in and I explained my son has autism and need some accommodations the agent was being very rude about it. I wanted to leave but my son started crying and the money is nonrefundable so we stayed and I felt so uncomfortable the whole weekend the only employee that made my son comfortable was the young man that works 3rd shift he was such a sweetheart I will never go back

The auditor was arguing with the lady who was checking us in. She wouldn’t let her put us in an available room because she was saving it for someone. We were checking in at 6:30 and she asked us to come back in an hour to get our room. It was very unprofessional and rude.

First of all this property is in a really sketchy part of town. If you are ok with sketchy, this place should be ok for you. The good thing is there are several adult entertainment venues for those fans of sketch, three or miles away on the way from the highway I was traveling on. Second, while I wouldn’t call it dirty, I wouldn’t call it clean either. The property is old and in need of updating, and it sure looks dirty. I’d be surprised if there’s extensive housekeeping on premises. Bathrooms-NOne of the usual Small bars of soap or shampoo there. Instead, there is “communal soap”, and communal shampoo and lotion in the shower stall and the sink. Made me wonder whose hand last pushes down on the plungers of all these toiletries, especially the lotion. I’m thinking it wasn’t the maid whose job it is to clean the showers. YUCK! The front desk staff had an “ I don’t really care attitude”, which wasn’t really all that surprising to me. So there you have it. Use this place as a total last resort. It’s sketchy and dirty. If you are stuck staying here, take heart, there are plenty of “clubs” in the area in which to entertain yourself when not in your dirty hotel room. Watch out for that lotion.

The only issue we found was no vent in the bathroom and no hot tub in the pool area. The manager was so welcoming and friendly.

Room was clean the bed was way to soft. Me or my wife didn’t slept much of the night. You advised shuttle service to the airport and we took for granted we could leave our car in your parking lot. We were able to park at the airport for less money parking was the main reason we chose your hotel

Very clean and nice and quiet. Solid breakfast choices. Would stay there again.
