清水索內斯塔簡單套房酒店(Sonesta Simply Suites Clearwater)

Fomos bem atendidos. Um quarto ótimo, limpo e bem espaçoso. Gostamos de ficar lá. Mas é um hotel e talvez seja moradia para algumas pessoas. Zero turista. Apenas nos. O resto das pessoas q lá estavam hospedados eram moradores. Achei ruim isso. Em relação a limpeza dos quartos, se você não pedir, eles não fazem.

This hotel was in an iffy area to start with. I walked in and immediately knew I didn’t pick the best of places. The rooms used to be efficiency’s and they had replaced where the couch would have been with a second bed. The ac unit was an old one that sounded like an airplane and what was worse is they had a fan that was set up to vent to the back room so they had air conditioning. That vent also had outside access next to the pool and we could smell cigarette smoke from there. Overall the bed was comfortable, there was hot water and it was overall pretty clean. It was definitely overpriced by about double. I would not stay there again.

I stayed for 3 nights & 4 days. I didn’t have any real concerns. The room was fine and clean for the most part. There were a couple hairs on the sink but other than that it was pretty decent. I didn’t use the pool but it also didn’t appear super clean. This is also an extended stay. The beach is about a 30 minute drive which i didn’t realize until i arrived. So if you’re looking to stay closer to the beach, i would definitely go with something else. They don’t serve breakfast & housekeeping doesn’t come until the end of your stay. There are a couple of food places close but definitely more options closer to the beach as one would expect. Overall, this hotel wasn’t super pricey so that was a positive and it was fine for me !

I called before check in to request a first room floor. I got there and the lady gave the last first floor room to the guy checking in before me. He didn’t request it, she offered him which floor he wanted. He said he didn’t care. He was given first floor. Now I approach and say that I had called earlier for a first floor. She said no more were available. After she told me on the phone a first floor was being held for me. I’m having a mobility issue and there was a specific reason for my request. The walls are like paper, we could hear every conversation walking down the hallway, at all hours.

The room had a smell. I got room freshener, but it was just not getting better. The fridge was very loud. The bathroom was very nice!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we noticed bites and suspect our room has bed bugs. Please treat room and bedding.

Hotel is located in a terrible area. When we arrived there were 3 cop cars arresting 2 guests. We booked non-refundable room and arrived on a holiday weekend making it difficult to stay at a different hotel. I wish we had tried to book elsewhere, even losing what we already paid because on our last night we woke up to frantic yelling from a domestic dispute in our hallway. Hotel staff was friendly and very sweet with our dog. That was the only positive experience. Unfortunately the rooms are run down and hallways smell bad. Dont stay here unless you absolutely have to.

Staff at front desk was very friendly. The rooms are very nice. Full fridge and stovetop. Will definitely stay here again
