Excelente atención, muy agradable la estancia, lo recomendamos hosped**** en distintas situaciones

Bus line right next to the hotel, the room wasn't luxurious and there was light coming through the windows, but it was nice.

Our first room our door wouldn’t open and a service staff member had to open it twice, we requested a new room due to the inconvenience and they gave us a hard time but eventually accommodated. The new room was disgusting and we had requested for new sheets two different times due to cleanliness. The environment around the hotel is incredibly sketchy.

For starters after checking in and getting some of my stuff I walked back through the lobby to find a person lying on the floor of what appeared to be an overdose. My room was never touched the front desk told me that they could put on the list but no one ever cleaned the room I even had to ask the front desk for more towels. The night before I checked out I was in the workout room and I guy came in and was very rude he was wearing a sweatshirt with the hotels name on it and told me to stop dropping the weights which I was not doing. By the pics online and what they said that they had with bar that was never open to the breakfast which could use some help to the rude person cleaning the tables and acting like he was bothered by everyone the walked through the door. To sum it all up for the money that I spent the experience was very disappointing.

SCABIES! The check-in process was fine. Parking was in a covered deck. The room looked fine, but I woke-up with bug bites on my arms and neck. Turned out to be SCABIES. The pillows and sheets must have not been changed. Someone with SCABIES must have used the pillows within 3 days of me staying in the room.
