Small rooms but good area and good price threw Trip.com

I did not realize that daily cleaning was not included nor were we told such when we checked in. I'm disappointed in Marriott for instituting this policy. On two consecutive days, when we tried to eat breakfast a few minutes before the closing time of 9:00 a.m., the food had not been plenished. Specifically, on the first day, there were no breakfast sandwiches. On the second day, there no breakfast sandwiches, no milk for cereal, and no coffee available. We later learned the employee in charge of the breakfast room was also responsible for the front desk. No wonder there were problems. She could not do both jobs very well.

Elevator did not work and then they tried to charge my card different amounts every day, even tho I booked thru *******. Room dirty ! Dirty wash clothes still in shower . Open container of coffee

The lobby is very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The room did not have a microwave though the description said there should be one. The air conditioner was noisy and never stopped working even in auto mode. The bathroom had streaks of water and hair. The shower curtain was stained as well as the bedlinen. No daily housekeeping.

Everything was dingy. Bed was extremely lumpy and didn’t look fresh. Not much to choose from at breakfast. Very disappointed in this hotel as a Marriott property. Won’t be staying in this type of hotel again.

For starter, this property is being bought out. It will not be a Marriott property as of 2/1/24. The new owners are already starting off bad. The carpet on the first floor was soaked and smelled awful! The property definitely hasn’t been taken care of and I will probably never stay there again. The staff was nice! The property just wasn’t up to basic standards.

We had driven to Texas in back and then went to Cincinnati. Hard rock and needed a room. We had stayed at 304 motels over the week. And this was by far the best one that we found on our trip It was clean the reset, the Jacob. The greater was a fantastic gentleman and overall you coulld nit ask for better experience

Neighborhood is not so great, but people at front desk were awesome. Upkeep is ok, i just don't like orange.
