切斯特賓館(Chester House Guest House)

Our second visit to this excellent B&B gave us another very pleasant 3 night stay. Situated no more than an 5-10 minute drive to Chester centre, it has great road links. Hoole village a short walk has a few shops, couple of pubs and a fabulous Italian restaurant. The rooms are beautifully decorated with high spec furniture. The breakfast is as good as any 5* hotel, the staff are very attentive. My wife had an individual veggie cooked breakfast specially made each day. Ray the owner is always around if you need anything and always likes to chat. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the guesthouse for one night as a last minute idea after managing to get a baby sitter. So we wanted something close to Chester for a reasonable price. What brilliant guest house, was a fantastic night and brilliant service. some of the main points below: Location: brilliant, 15-20 min walk into Chester. There are a few pubs locally (we didn’t have chance to visit them) and a couple of places to eat. We ate in Chester itself but found it hard to get a table reservation (our fault as we left trying to get a table to last minute, so I would recommend booking asap). Parking: free onsite parking available. Room: we stayed in a double room towards the front near the road and didn’t hear any traffic noise, room was warm and plenty of space. Towels, shampoo/conditioner, chocolate, water, biscuits, crisps, tea, coffe and hot chocolate all ready in room for us on our arrival. Couldn’t ask for more. Bed is really comfortable and flat screen tv. Shower is on a pump so is a bit noisy, however I didn’t hear any other rooms shower running. Perfect for a peaceful nights kip. Guesthouse: decor is brilliant, warm, welcoming and friendly when you arrive. Staff were all brilliant and couldn’t be more friendly and professional. It’s a lot bigger than you expect when you look from the outside. Breakfast: was served in the hotel next door, we were seated quickly and it had plenty on offer. Tea/coffee and juice. Sausages, bacon, beans, toast, mushrooms on the self service section and eggs made to order. There is also a selection of cereals, pastries and fruit. We also could take complimentary bottle of water each for our day out. The lady running it was very friendly. We would definitely recommended the Chester guesthouse and we would stay again should we visit Chester. Thank you all at the guesthouse for great night away and well needed break.

Excellent accommodation in a comfortable room with all expected facilities. Friendly staff and good choice of breakfast food. I will return here on my next stay in Chester. Plenty of off-road parking. Convenient location for walking into town, with bus stops nearby.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, amazing location. Room was a bit small and the pillows really need changing. I'd definitely stay again but would see if they had a bigger room. TripAdvisor want a minimum of 200 characters but I've said everything I want to say

Fantastic place to stay, cleanliness was second to none, everything was there that you needed shampoo, conditioner etc. Tea facilities in the room, it even had hot chocolate, biscuits, and chocolate on the pillows. Breakfast was delicious from cooked breakfast, pastries, cereals, fruit, and even cold meats. Brilliant value for money. we will definitely be going again for a few night next time, just a short walk distance into Chester Town. Staff are so friendly.

I had an excellent stay here. I stayed in an excellent room with a jacuzzi bath and a fabulous shower. The bed was very comfy and I slept very well. I loved the pillows, too. They were just right. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff in the dining room were so nice. There is onsite parking and only a mile from the city centre, so not far to walk. It's a short drive to Chester Zoo, too.

Went for our wedding anniversary last weekend highly recommend staff warm and welcoming and room lovely with great little extras. Breakfast had everything you could wish for and attentive staff. Close enough to walk into Chester and bars and restaurants close by.

From start to finish this is a fantastic guesthouse.the owner Ray and all his staff are 1st class ,the accommodation is 5star and the breakfasts are fantastic .the rooms have that extra little touch which must make this guest house one of the best in chester

Good value, reasonably convenient for the town centre and railway station. parking.
