We stayed one night, took advantage of the pool and hot tub which were great! Awesome breakfast with a lot of hot food options as well as little baggies to take some foods to go. Staff was great and beds were very comfortable

The hotel it’s self was not bad, the rooms had a weird smell in them and it never went away, During check in the front desk said my card declined so I gave them another one and she not only charged me the deposit she also charged me for a night stay even though I was already paid for, then told me I had to wait 3-5 days for that to be returned to my card, what if I was on a budget? That’s an extra 200.00 out of my account that now because of their error I have to wait to be returned?

This hotel is very clean and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast wasn't bad. If i had a need to stay down in chehalis again i would definitely look to stay here

The staff was extremely nice and efficient. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast choices were quite acceptable.

This was NOT a $250 a night hotel! I've stayed in plenty of those and this was not that. The property is nice enough. The breakfast area is decent and the offerings were nice. The elevators need work and stunk. The hallway wasn't terrible and the room was clean and didn't smell. The towels were like cardboard and the toilet paper was single ply sandpaper. Those are the thing that make a $250 a night room into at most a $150 a night room. I will probably find another place to stay next time I'm in the area so I won't see if any changes are made.

I reserved my room several months in advance because of the extended stay and specifically requested a king bed. On check in I was given a room that smelled and had two queen beds. I addressed the issue with the front desk and was met with confusion and excuses. I continued to negotiate for a room I already reserved & remarkably the room I reserved became available. This was clearly being steered away from the room I reserved for what reason I will not assume but this has Integrity problems written all over it. NOT Happy!

We booked a double queen and got stuck with a king and a couch. The hotel wouldn't switch it and didn't seem to care. Our son has to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch because the pullout mattress was even worse...

Nice and clean. Breakfast was also good. The beds slept very good. Safe area and would recommend.
