We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. The service and food were great.

Hotel was up-to-date, very modern. Hotel restaurant has good food. Parking is a big challenge, and not free. Valet of same cost, thankfully. View of River and mountains is gorgeous. Quick drive to Ruby Falls and a short drive, or long stroll downtown area attractions.

Will definitely stay here again. So convenient to everything in Chattanooga. Very friendly staff at check-in, breakfast and valet. Patio view and space was amazing. Having a restaurant attached to the property was a great convenience-we just ordered 5o-go and then ate on the outdoor hotel patio. Room very clean with large bathroom.

The service and stay was amazing. The only issue was that our sheets were not fully dry. This caused or bed to be wet. There wasn't anyone there for housekeeping. We were asked if we wanted to change rooms but I opted to stay because it was one night. Service counter was very quick in bringing extra sheets.

The reservation I made on ******* was not what the hotel had reserved for me. ******* messed on the room details on their website. The hotel said this is the 3rd time it had happened. My family had to wait almost an hour before getting the room I had already booked and paid for over a week prior. With 3 kids and a baby, it felt like forever after travelling all day.

Kids above room were staying in a conjoined room and after parents went to sleep they ran wild every night. Breakfast was terrible even tho it says free breakfast its rolled into the price. Obviously since i paid 200$ a night for a standard double queen room.still waiting for all pending funds to be refunded and its been ocer a week since i checked out. Worst hotel experience and i havr had some bad ones in the past.

When we checked in the guy at the counter ran my card for incidentals and ended up changing me the 420.00 for the room. He told me he couldn’t fix it and I would have to wait until the morning. I want down and the lady told me she took the charge off but it could take a few days for it to come off my card. Not the end of the world but was not expecting to tie up 420.00 the remaining part of our vacation

The room we stayed in was not clean. We found a use razor from a previous guest n the bathroom with hair still in the razor. There was no bag in the trash can just a black trash can which can not be fun when you have a five year old who throws um eaten food away. Not to mention the bed sheets and pillows were disgusting my oldest daughter had to sleep with no pillow as all there pillows were dirty of food stains and her cover had a red stain which we figured was blood. We found numerous strands of hair which we knew weren’t ours because of the color and we all wear braids. There is parking fee which didn’t concern me as I read it is previous reviews but as far as being clean not so much we will not be returning

Although I had reserved a room with a handicap-accessible bathroom, I was sent to four rooms before I found one that would be suitable for my husband. The room was dark, and the thermostat was really difficult to manage. However, the front desk staff, valet, and housekeeping were exceptionally pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were comfortable! The view of the river was beautiful! When I walked outside to go to the restaurant, people were smoking as they got out of their cars to check into the hotel. I had chosen this place because it said "smoke-free premises." That was not true. )-: We won't go back there.
