查塔努加 I-24/萊克奧特芒廷萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Chattanooga I-24/Lookout Mountain)

The staff was exceptional, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Definitely will stay there again.

When we arrived and got to the room one of the beds looked like it hadn’t been made properly. The top cover was fine but the sheets were crumpled and indented and looked like they hadn’t been changed. The other bed was fine. Talked to the front desk person and she said she would try to find a housekeeper as we really didn’t want to change rooms since we were already moved in. We waited and waited about a half hour and didn’t hear from receptionist. Went down to front desk and asked her if a housekeeper was going to change sheets and she said there wasn’t one. So, I asked to change rooms. So, she didn’t make the effort to inform us of no housekeeper. She actually was going her nails when I went up to the front desk to inquire. Maybe should be retrained on customer service and timeliness. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you.

Staff was very helpful answering questions on the area. Also suggested a better route to save time and avoid road construction. Hotel is on good shape.

Host was watching TikTok when we arrived and didn’t want to answer questions at check in. Room was clean and a great value. Morning breakfast was understaffed and ran 30 minutes late and the staff was rude and stressed out, if we hadn’t had somewhere to be we would have just left and eaten somewhere else.

Went to Tennessee to take family back home, stayed at fair field check in was a breeze all the staff was great, housekeeping was awesome and everyone so friendly

This hotel was great. It was close to plenty of shopping options, especially with a Walmart right across the street. Lookout Mountaina and other tourist attractions were close by. Not too far from downtown. Great location, I would stay here another time. A great anniversary hotel, breafsst was pretty good as well.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that we wanted to get into the pool but the room the pool was in had a strong smell of chlorine and you couldn’t be in there more than 30 mistes because the smell was so strong.

We were disappointed with our stay at the property over the holiday weekend. Upon check in we noticed that our room hadn’t been cleaned properly after the last guest. There was a used cup left on the nightstand, and items in the refrigerator. We notified the front desk the following day and she made a note but no effort to resolve it or an apology for the oversight. The breakfast area was not restocked properly and on Christmas Day when nothing is really open outside the hotel, they closed breakfast early and had very little available for guests. Overall would probably not stay here again, or recommend to family.

The hotel was clean. Good breakfast. The hotel is within a few miles of Ruby Falls and Rocky and many places to eat. The only downside is, is that we could hear some traffic noise. It didn’t keep us awake and really didn’t bother us. We’d stay here again.
