酒店比較老舊，尤其是通鋪地毯有潮味，覺得不乾淨。但它位置很好，停車場大，房間大，服務不錯，早餐也不錯，因為熟悉，我多次住這家。有一次住了旁邊的萬豪酒店，雖豪華但房間小，半夜還報了兩次火警，性價比太低，體驗太差。所以經常住這家。

酒店在查塔努加的downtown，周邊也很安靜。旁邊有一個很好的汽車博物館。

One elevator out of 2 was out of service, the juice machine was out of service, the ice machine was out of service. I went to take a shower in the afternoon and there was no water so I called the desk and they were aware but had not notified any guests. The mattress was dented - flip the mattress! The mini couch and bed were ridiculously uncomfortable and creaked loudly with any movement. The staff was pleasant but seemed numb to the many issues.

Great experience! I'm used to traveling and I usually don't use hotels, but this time I decided to try one out and it was fantastic. The room felt very "apartment-like." Had a separate living room, kitchen, and a nice walk-in closet. The indoor hot tub and pool were very nice and MAN the breakfast was 10/10. Great variety and very tasty.
Overall, the vibes were great from the beginning and it was very cozy. I'll definitely be looking to use this place again

It's a nice hotel in a great spot for the convention center. Everyone was very nice. A little dated, but still felt clean and safe. Kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The noise at night was awful couldn't sleep because of it. Needs to be a buffer for interstate traffic noise

We had the two bedroom suite. It is very large and spacious. There was no I r machine at the hotel. The breakfast was nice.
