很棒的住宿！房間本來可以打掃得更好，衹是一些除塵而已。前台的女人超級nice，樂於助人！他們有袋裝早餐，很棒！如果我們回到查塔努加，這絕對是我們再次入住的機會！

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Viel Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Der Staff war immer hilfreich und freundlich. Das Hotel könnte aufgefrischt werden, Möbel und Teppiche sind nicht neu. Aber ich würde trotzdem gerne noch mal eine Aufenthalt hier machen.

Clean & comfortable for the 2 of us. The location was perfect for us to attend an event in Chattanooga.

I arrived to a dirty room and rude service from both the manager and other employees. Did not stay more than 10 minutes, I am currently waiting for a full refund.

We booked a king suite and we received a double bed handicap accessible room upon check-in. We had a "guaranteed booking" for our stay. The front desk attendant did not even tell us at check-in anything changed; we had to go to the room to find out it was different. Then we returned to question it, Towneplace claimed it was ********** fault for not contacting us before we arrived. The hotel claimed they had queen rooms, but that this one was better. She never offer to change our room just said, "sorry". The ice maker and freezer area was a mess. The drawers in the frig were broken. And the room was not vacuumed. This location "does not provide house keeping for overnight stays" according to the front desk attendant. As a previous employee of Marriott, this is definitely not up to standard.

Charged my card 3 times for incidentals deposit and still haven’t returned all 3 deposits. 40 degrees outside and the air condition was on in the hallway and the room thermostat wouldn’t let me adjust the heat and when I called the front office they didn’t help. It was so cold in the building that the front desk person went outside and went to sleep next to the fire pit like a homeless person.

I made reservations for November 21-26 2023. Due to bad weather, I informed the hotel that I would have a late check and ask the receptionist to hold my reservation and was told they do not cancel reservations. When I arrived the next day, November 23 the reservations were cancelled. On November 24, house keeping came to my room to clean. I requested they come later. They never returned. I made a complaint that my room was never cleaned to front desk to get at least clean towels and trash emptied. On November 25, no service was provided as well. The room was left with dirty towels and trash not emptied the entire stay. I called the front desk to complain when I returned back to hotel Saturday night. I had to go to front desk to receive towels for my departure the next morning.

Decent hotel with friendly staff. A little wear around the edges. First room didnt have a working light bulb in the entire room. Second room was fine.
