It was horrible staying in the hotel. Really dirty and old, we did not even want to take a shower over there. Carpet are old with smell. It says breakfast are included but nothing much to eat and no space to sit. We have to wait for almost 30mins for our seat. Also, we were asked for wait for lobby until 3pm in order to check in, and the service at the front desk was horrible

C'est un hôtel charmant, très propre. Il y a aussi une offre de 5 à 6 journalier et le premier verre est gratuit. C'est cute, cependant, les gens restent par la suite dans la cours (belle emplacement) et jasent jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. Le petit déjeuner est bon et il y a du caffé toute la journée.

Great location, staff professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very accommodating.

They were very accommodating when I arrived. I brought my own food and asked for a cutting board, knife and dishes and gave them to me right away. Also, asked and offered that if I needed anything else to just call down to the front desk and they would bring it up.
Then in the morning my event that I am in town for got pushed 2 hours and they gave me an extra two hours to check out. Excellent service.

This was my first stay at the Hotel on Pownal and I really enjoyed it! The area is great and convenient to the downtown. The staff is friendly and my room was perfect for just me :)
