Customer service, Hotel Staff, and attention to fine details were all outstanding. A truly enjoyable experience.

The art throughout the property was unique and beautiful. The Revival restaurant was 5-star quality!

The Vendue is a lovely hotel and the staff was one of the best I have ever encountered. The bathroom floor of our room needs immediate attendtion as the floor tiles were loose and there was a musty smell in the bathroom and bedroom. I suspect there is mold under the tile. The staff said that the problem would be addressed as soon as possible since it requires taking up the floor tiles in the bathroom. Otherwise than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

We loved the contemporary feel with the amazing art everywhere in the rooms and hallways. They offer art tours that are worth the time. Great location that is walking distance to several restaurants, the pier, and museums.

This was the perfect location - the center of it all. The staff was amazing - there was always someone there to assist you, extremely friendly and helpful. They even called us when we landed so they could try and get our room ready for early check in. Valet parking was quick and efficient.

This hotel provided exceptional customer service, attending to every detail and ensuring our stay was fantastic. They maintained consistent communication with us and invited us to their various events, such as gallery expositions and cocktail hours. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service at this centrally located hotel 1/2 block from the waterfront. We received a free glass of champagne upon arrival and the concierge provided recommendations for dinner. The rooms are a bit small but didn’t spend much time there.

Staff - Lobby staff were hospitable, accommodating and efficient. Housekeeping staff less so -- during our 3-night stay, we went without a hand towel in the bathroom for two of those nights. Additionally, and despite requesting one or two additional bottles of water, no extra water was left in the room. Special kudos to Allison, the in-house art curator. She was sweet and enthusiastic about her job. Building - Yes, I understand it's an old building. That said, the floor was significantly uneven/tilted in our room, which I never got used to during the visit. The mattress and the pillows were sub-par for the amount per night charged. We stayed at The Vendue to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. She was enthralled with its off-beat, artsy, avant-garde theme. It's unique, that's for sure. It's also in a great location. All in all, an enjoyable time.
