The hotel is very well located. The personnel is kind and available. Recommended!!

L'hôtel situé en vieille ville n'est pas accessible en voiture (il est dans une ruelle) et il faut abandonner sa voiture dans un parking périphérique pour accéder en tirant ses valises !! Pas très agréable. Par contre l'hôtel est situé en pleine zone ancienne et touristique avec beaucoup de restaurants.... qui sont sous vos fenêtres de chambre et donc bruyant le soir. Les chambres très belles sur les photos (certainement très anciennes) sont très dégradées. La salle d'eau dégradée était minuscule et il fallait jouer avec la porte d'accès pour se faufiler vers le toilette ou le lavabo le tout très ancien. La douche pleine de moisissures était aussi petite et d'un accès difficile. Le petit déjeuner se prend sur des tables qui sont directement dans la ruelle. Aucun charme! Hôtel bien placé mais à éviter

First impressions…..wow…. For our taste in the smaller hotel with a more homely feel… this is spot on, friendly people, clean, fresh, quiet. Amazing location, we had a seaview room overlooking the old Venetian Harbour and lighthouse.. room was beautiful, comfortable, all we wished for, Will definitely return to chania, and hopefully the same hotel 👍🏼

This hotel is right on the waterfront with a wonderful view of the light house and ancient Venetian harbour Rooms are clean and pleasant. Staff are helpful and efficient Most rooms have a balcony which is wonderful in the off season but maybe noisy in the height of the summer tourist season The hotel is access able using the lane with Starbucks on the corner or from the waterfront. Its a hop skip and a jump from everything in the old town

Location buona. Ma struttura non da 3 stelle . Bagno praticamente senza lavandino, si fa fatica a lavarsi i denti, muro interno doccia tutto scroccato. Abbiamo trovato cibo lasciato dai precedenti clienti nel frigo bar segno che la pulizia è fatta in modo sommario. Non ripeterei l'esperienza in questo hotel. Sconsigliato

This lovely hotel is on a pedestrian side street running parallel to the harbour 20m away. The location could not be better. The staff are so helpful. Breakfast is outside at the little cafe beside the front door... We went to bed with the window open and the street was lively, we closed to the window and were in silence... The staff are so friendly and helpful, we arrived on a very early flight and our room not surprisingly was not available 9AM. They took our luggage and said they would telephone as soon as the room was ready. They did a couple hours later and we arrived back to have the room ready, our bags in it along with a small bottle of sparkling wine...

Reservamos una habitación para verano del 2020. La pandemia trastocó todos nuestros planes y tuvimos que cancelar. A pesar de que nuestra reserva era NO REEMBOLSABLE, el hotel nos ofreció un voucher para aplicar en los siguientes dos años. Este año pudimos hacer el viaje, y aplicamos el voucher. Nuestro agradecimiento al equipo del hotel por su respuesta a las situaciones creadas con a pandemia, nos dan una muestra de su compromiso con una buena experiencia de sus huéspedes. Tuvimos una habitación con vistas al puerto. Despertarnos con esas vistas fue maravilloso. Debido al COVID el desayuno se entrega en la habitación. No sabemos como será habitualmente, pero el que nos trajeron fue fabuloso: sandwich (queso y rodajas de tomate) recien hecho, yogur con cereales y frutos rojos, zumo natural recien exprimido, tostadas, mantequilla, mermelada y café expresso! Todo estaba rico, rico. Tomarnos este desayuno con las vistas al puerto que tenía la habitación, es para no olvidar. Estar en un hotel en las calles peatonales de Chania, en primera linea del puerto, tiene sus peajes, hay que ser consciente de ello. Estamos en unas calles con bullicio, con restaurantes,.... Nada de esto desmerece, en nuestra experiencia, el placer de dormir en este hotel. El servicio del hotel fué amable y eficiente. Volveremos. Arantza & Josan
