凱悦嘉軒尚佩恩/厄巴納酒店(Hyatt Place Champaign)

Nice hotel in a good location. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Only complaint is the pool was down for renovations. It wasn't at the time of booking, and I wasn't informed until after i checked in and paid. Then told i was basically SOL...Kids weren't very happy as that was a major reason we chose this hotel.

This property for sure do not deserve a 9 I will give this property barely an 8. is not updated, no swimming pool, iron broke, sink broken, shower walls moldy, vents all dosty and the Starbucks coffee is a poor imitation., don't mention a very loud noise? At 6 AM the woke me up. Overall not worth the amount they charge

Was in town for sons wedding. There were over 20 rooms reserved for the wedding party. When my wife and I arrived they told us we did not have a reservation and no rooms were available. We proceeded to go online to find other accommodations. When looking at ******* I was able to make a reservation for this same hotel. Went back to counter and asked them to explain this. Within minutes a room became available.

Nice room and friendly staff. Indoor pool was closed which we didn’t know until our kids were in swimsuits and ready to take a dip. It’s not noted anywhere that the pool is closed and no one told us upon checking in. Unfortunately for us, we had 3 very disappointed kids since the pool was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Really nice stay. The room is quiet and clean, staffs are nice and friendly. Except for the parking, you have to wait until you got the room card to open the gate to the garage, and also you have to pay $10 parking fee. Other than that this is a great hotel to stay.

Great check in experience and nice room! Quite clean, and modern decor. Room was a little cold even though we had the heat set high and light from the hallway, under the door, lit up the room. Otherwise, it was comfortable.

I did not enjoy my stay considering the toilet and shower was not working properly. Toilet was flushing properly, and the shower squealed every time you used it, also the water drained slowly. My bed had a dirty comforter on it. The air conditioner was broken in the hallway where are room was located and it isn't wheelchair friendly, it was a bit difficult to navigate around. Another thing is my card was charged unauthorized.

I would like to single out Dean for outstanding excellence in guest service I remember him also from when i stayed there a year ago. He really is one of the best at what he does
