尚佩恩萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Champaign)

Front desk personnel were awesome. Did not expect free treats upon check in (brownies were awesome!!) Room was great. TV had streaming, which is always convenient. Bed was a little uncomfortable, could feel springs but not unbearable. Will definitely be back.

First impressions are everything. I almost turned away when I saw the front doors and windows of the hotel. They were sooo dirty and disgusting. Front desk associate was nice and competent so we stayed. Upon getting in elevator we noticed it too was very dirty. Expired elevator liscence, an empty air freshener cone one the floor, empty hand sanitizer in elevator. Dirt and built up dust in the elevator. Then we get to room, bed was clean, but bathroom had mold in corners of tub with wallpaper peeling.Too late to cancel w/o a charge. At least we had hot water and a clean bed.

It is a lively hotel and very clean. The staff was super nice.

The hotel needs updated. Seems very old. Rooms were quiet. Flooring, shower, etc. needs updated. Breakfast very good. Limited seating

Decent hotel with friendly staff but beds were not good. Super springy and bouncy. Can’t believe mattresses are even made like this.

Good location and quiet and safe. Close to University of Illinois. Breakfast was excellent.

Room and service were great and the breakfast was decent! We were disappointed with the pool. We always book a hotel with a pool and it only had ladders not stairs down into it. They had a handicap lift but was not worth it for us since neither of us are handicapped but can’t really use the ladder either.
