凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn and Suites Centerv)

Stayed 4 nights , great customer service, clean room,pet friendly, great little town.

The people were very nice. Lobby area well cared for. Rooms need updating. Clean but a little shabby.

Sheets not clean. Blanket torn out and totem Had to ask for toilet paper. Light bulb blown Don’t see how it was called Quality inn a suites ! Toilet handle fell off and had roachs

They say I didn't even check in so they can keep my money for the reservation even though the place was disgusting and they're refused to help us in any way.

Do NOT stay here. The property is filthy and unsafe. The carpets, the chairs and the lobby are filthy dirty. When we went up to our room, it smelled of cat pee. There was cat urine dripping down the wall. I told the front desk person and she seemed unfazed. I pointed out the cat urine dripping down the wall of a door that was hanging off a hinge. She went back to the room with me and agreed it was not good. She offered another room, but also shared that the air conditioners were leaky and since the carpets were dirty, the rooms they had smelled. We could not put our health at risk to stay even one night in this hotel. The people in the parking lot made us feel uncomfortable. When you look up prior reviews, there are claims of bed bugs, dirty linens, foul odors. We were told by ******* that the penalty would be one night, but as of this review, the hotel has not refunded any of our money. Do NOT reserve a room at this hotel. This property should be shut down.

The blanket had a huge rip in it, the curtains were ripped up. There was a chicken bone by the trash can in the bathroom. This hotel is very rundown and I seen roaches on a free doors as I walked out.

The hotel chain and building owners should be ashamed. This is the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. No security doors. Ripped chairs in the rooms. Hair in the sink and tub. Worn carpet throughput the hotel. Garbage in the hallways. Awful building maintenance (or lack there of). This place needs to be torn down or sold to a company who takes pride in their properties. Do not stay here. Find anywhere else to stay but here.

Upon arrival she and her daughter/puppy were waiting on someone was extremely slow…stopped and ask what I needed. They chatted with one another with the puppy which I find unprofessional. Waking into the building the carpet was disgusting with filth… if I hadn’t booked on line and it was paid for we would have walked out !!!

Staff was very friendly. Stairway and hall leading to room smelled bad, carpet in room was sticky and very worn
