It was in a quite locate but also very close enough to highway, to restaurants and stores. The food was ok. It was not very crowed, kind of quite and neat.

We love this hotel. Very convenient to everything and close to the Shakespeare Festival. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is clean. Rooms get nice and cool (that's the way we like it!). Only complaint is the beds are hard and not very comfortable but we can put up with that for a few nights. Totally recommend this hotel!

The property grounds are beautiful but the rooms are fairly basic for a “plus” BW property. The building is showing its age. For example, the water feeding the entire hotel was turned off for the better part of two days for a repair. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. There is not a recycling bin on property that I could find.

The staff member at the front desk was having a hard time. I waited for almost an hour to get to the desk. There were two guests ahead of me. He had to call his manager every time. Then when it’s my turn I find out that they are not pet friendly. When I made the reservation I had pet friendly as a search filter and this hotel was in the results. I waited an hour to be told that I couldn’t cancel as I made the reservation through *******. He did suggest that I just leave my dog in the car.

It was ok…for a night it was fine but I would look for another place if I needed to stay more. The room was clean, that’s a major plus but the bed was uncomfortable and very noisy, even for just the slightest movement. The breakfast was good, simple but nice.

The property was above average.
We chose this hotel because it advertised 2 Tesla chargers. I called ahead to confirm that they had Tesla chargers and they confirmed they did. When we arrived, there were NO Tesla chargers, just a generic EV charger. I've attached a photo showing that there were Tesla chargers at one time, but they have been removed.
If you're looking for a property in Cedar City that does have a Tesla charger, choose the Abbey Inn. I personally verified that they do have 1 Tesla charger.

The comodes are so low I gues for kids that I have to pull my self up The shampoo, conditioner little bottles are a joke TV did not have Netflix or Paramont

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfast was great and it was very close to where our daughter lives and other beautiful parts of Cedar City. Staff was very friendly and hotel was easy to get to. Room was nice and clean.

A little older property but very well maintained. Very friendly helpful staff. I accidentally lost my watch and returned after checking out to look for it. Wonderful housekeeping staff went above and beyond to find it for me!
