I made a reservation for one night at the hotel. At 9pm I called the hotel to report a flight delay and request a late check in. The person who helped me very kindly told me that there would be no problem, that he would inform them that I would be late and that they have staff at the reception 24/7. Confident that I would have a place to at least shower and take a nap (after sleeping at the airport and having notified of the delay) I called in the morning to explore the possibility of having a late check out once I checked in. At that point I was aware that what counted was having paid the entire night's fee for just two hours of nap and bathing; I didn't need a refund, cancellation or credit. The surprise is that when I call they inform me that no one notified me of my call and they put me in the system as a "no show". They charged me the entire reservation without any viable option and with barely being able to sleep or bathe. In short: if you consider that hotel after traveling, it is NOT an option. It was not fair at all. I was impartial about the property condition, area and cleanliness because I could not observe it.
