羅利卡瑞萬怡酒店(Courtyard Raleigh Cary)

I had a pleasant stay, but I do have 2 complaints. First, the towels were a bit scratchy, as if they had been dried out on a clothes line. Second, I did not have personal transportation, and considering there were not a lot of restaurants within a safe walking distance, the food at the hotel was very expensive.

We had to wait every time we needed assistance the first night because the staff person was outside smoking, so we would have to wait for her to notice us and come inside. The hotel itself was pretty nice.

The stay was very nice. Nice room and good area with everything pretty much a 10 minute drive away. Clean room and nice staff.

Room was what we expected. Quiet and clean. Coffee maker in our room did not work, but everything else was good.

Shower ******, poor pressure! Third floor guest were noisy at all hours of the night.

Didn't like no free breakfast! We were told only Courtyard Marriott offers free breakfast. We asked about that and were told this is a Courtyard Marriott 'Bonvoy' property! Seems misleading.

Sercice was great, contition of fa ily is great, only issue, bed and pillows gave the worst nights sleep in years. Pillows ate flat, bed is firm, super bad night.

Not having daily service without requesting it is terrible. You have to go and get your own towels and remember to do so after a very long day, trash not being emptied each day unless you request it makes it feel like self service. Don't like the new way of hotel service

The balcony.. The fire pit. The overall atmosphere... I love this whole vibe. I will be back.
