很老。我不是很喜歡

La ubicación excelente, la habitación en muy buen estado y con vista al mar. Las instalaciones en general buenas. A mejorar la comida y las bebidas, el primer día tomamos unos cócteles, piña colada y un mojito, en realidad no nos habíamos tomados unos cócteles tan insípidos , luego fuimos al restaurante, y ha sido el sándwich club más malo que me he comido, los precios muy altos y no reflejan la calidad esperada, ahora, cobrar 12.000 por una botella de agua manantial???!! No volvimos a consumir nada en el hotel, habíamos pensado tomar los desayunos pero, llegar a pagar 80 mil por cada uno en el buffet, para recibir algo parecido a lo ya probado? Los otros días estuvimos en la piscina y el personal del bar no ofreció nada, estaban reunidos como tres personas sólo hablando entre ellos, es cierto que no había gran ocupación en esos días , pero entonces para que tanto personal? Otra cosa que nos paso es que uno de los pocillos de la habitación, al hacer la limpieza del día, nos lo repusieron, pero por uno que tenia rastros de labial en el borde, bajamos y se los dejamos en la recepción . Estuvimos 4 noches

I called maintenance because the sun blocking curtain was stuck and the sink stopper was also stuck so low it almost stopped the water flow. When I returned to the room, I noticed that they didn't fix the sink stopper and the curtain got stuck again. There was a strong storm one day, so strong that water was entering the room, so they came to solve the problem with a couple of rags to dry the floor, and they told me that this happens when they have a strong storm, and it happens to several rooms in the hotel.

Hotel muy bien ubicado exekectes piscinas y con acceso a playa. En general muy buen hotel solo recomiendo que rebicen el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones mi estadia no funciono bien y se sentia mucho calor en las noches.

Central to Boca Grande; loved the pools, access ro the beach, currency exchange on site ,restaurant on site with delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was very friendly, accomodating and efficient all around from the front desk, staff at the restaurant, servers, and cleaning staff,etc. The only thing that i would recommend is that the property needs some updating. However, i know that the upgrades would come in time.

Very cleaned facility & Friendly staff. The negative: Water was shut off without noticed and could not take a shower that morning. The pool had missing tiles and my 8 years old daughter cut her feet with the corners of missing tiles and had to be helped by the hotel paramedic. She was not able to go to the pool unfortunately for 3 days. One of the reason why I chose this hotel is because of the pools but because of lack of fixing this issues, it became very inconvenient for my daughter and me.

The people at the Hilton in Cartagena deserve all credit. From the moment that I wake up to the moment to sleep the way that the staff is so nice and friendly and yet very profesional. Aside from the beauty of Cartagena, the staff at the Hilton made me to want to come back again for another vacation. Thank you to all the great staff at the Hilton Cartagena.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, very well maintained and nicely designed. Lobby bar was great, all the staff was great and very attentive. Unfortunately The beach area is very small and not so appealing. The A/C in our room was not really cold but just acceptable. Also, no real nightly entertainment.
