卡森城6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Carson City, NV)

I generally stay in 3+ star hotels due to having small children and the fact you cannot keep them from finding the smallest things on the floor or even keep them off the surrounding surfaces.. Anyways, I was very hesitant to make a reservation here but the location was beyond convenient for me. We were staying here while our RV was getting some repairs done to it which turned out to be three days longer than what I was originally told which was two days. They made it extremely easy for me to book the next few days, stay in the same room, and not have to check out for any amount of time. The lady had my cards ready for me at the front desk before I even got down to complete the next reservation.. Talk about quality of service! I was very please by the environment, cleanliness, service, and the no frills part of it. Sometimes simple is just better! The housekeeper came by daily to freshen our towels, trash, and asked if we needed anything. I was able to get a downstairs as requested. The biggest plus of all NO PET FEES! Some hotels really get you with unnecessarily expensive pet fees sometimes upwards of 75$ a night, I was sold after reading the no pet fees. Overall a very positive experience and this location will be my go to if I ever find myself in need of a hotel in Carson City! Thank you.

The room had a bunch of weird little winged bugs crawling all over the walls. The fridge made such a loud buzz that even when I cranked the TV it was still cutting through. The only nice thing I have to say is the front desk people were kind. Wouldn’t recommend it and I paid $40 less for the room getting it through this site. If I paid $130 I would’ve been extremely bummed.

Handicap accessible room was given to us, but wasn't needed. The room was clean, but in disrepair. The vinyl flooring had come up- (a prevous flood?)- and was taped down with electrical tape. The bed was an old mattress, felt like coils inside, and on a platform with no give. This was unacceptable. It was very noisy, no fault of Motel 6, as there were a lot of motorcycles revving their engines in the parking lot of the adjacent motel. I would not stay here again.

Employees are excellent. Stayed in 3 different rooms due to trip extension. Room 107- old cigarette smoke smell. Room 101- perfect. Room 106 which is handicap accessible needs to be quarantined. Handicap room should be the premier room at any place of business… The flooring is coming up. Someone has put down pieces of electrical tape in an attempt cover some of the trip hazards. The entire room smells like urine. The parking lot has many, many potholes that fill with water from the lawn sprinklers. I am surprised they have not had been cited by the city.

Great location and room was clean & comfortable. However, in back part of motel, while well lite, there were people loitering in parking lot and did not feel safe. Maybe fencing the area between the gas station and rear entrance and closing the rear entrance. A private security patrol may help.

Staff excellent! Updated rooms done well and housekeeping does a great job of keeping rooms very clean.
