Everything about this hotel was perfect. The front desk staff very cheery read it. Feel good going in there felt like family. The rooms were exceptional. Seems like they were updated recently. They said two years ago. It looks like this year. Everything was great. Rooms are clean. the sheets are clean beds remade no issues with anything or housekeeping. Maintenance was great

The Hotel is clean and neat, with fast check-in and check-out. Breakfast is good and appreciated. It's just 45 to 50 min from Tahoe, so it made our trip easy and comes with our budget.

I only stayed for maybe 20 min due to covid in rm 109 and left immediately after. They would not refund me nd when i called they hung up on me very rudely and said they would not refund. They need to learn how to run a business. Ive never had any problems staying anywhere but also never had covid while on a trip as well. I thought they would be more caring.

I stay there 4 times a year for Business, I appreciate the staff , everything is very. Close by. The rooms are always clean. I rather stay their then any other hotel in Carson City, thanks for the awesome hospitality. Ken

Overall room and location are ok. The walls and floors are thin. We were on the 1st floor and can hear footsteps above. Loud water running from room next door when shower is on.

Rooms are clean, located in a good location. No single complaint during our stay. Definitely recommended.

i booked the hotelnto the very last minute and over all my experience was good. The lady was kind enough to put us in a non smoking room. The place is pretty decent for the price!!! No complains even breakfast was ok!

We stayed here because we were on a last minute ski trip. It was perfect for us, exactly what we needed. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and attentive. Our room was basic, but with a lot of storage space for all our gear. We used the refrigerator and coffee station. The king size bed was so comfortable and although there weren't a lot of restaurants nearby, we were able to walk to Bully's Sports Bar and had a wonderful last night meal. We were there to ski, not for the hotel room, and it was perfect for our stay. We would go back again.
