Very rude and disrespectful front desk staff, specially a young guy with a mustache (I believe his name is Ti…..something, difficult to specify because none of them wear a name tag) thanks to his tardiness I missed my flight today because waiting in the front desk to check out for minutes. This is not to mention the Fitness center TV doesn’t have a remote because the staff doesn’t want to provide you with one, the card reader doors around the hotel don’t work, the rooms sanitation is extremely doubtful (toilets bowls stained and dirty) and the list goes….. Please look for options nearby (Hampton or Myplace) but double think before getting a room at Holiday inn, it’s not worth the money at all.

I usually hold IHG hotels in high regard and am willing to pay a premium for the experience. However, my recent stay was far from satisfactory. We were greeted by a stifling atmosphere as the AC in the common areas was turned off, despite temperatures reaching around 100 degrees outside. The hotel's physical state was also disappointing, appearing neglected and rundown. Our room, although comfortable, harbored multiple maintenance issues. We found mold in the shower, unstable floor tiles, and mismatched toiletry bottles, with lotion filling the hand soap dispenser. The room was also under-equipped with only two towels provided for six people and a weakly flushing toilet. The cleanliness level was regrettable, with grimy carpets contributing to an unpleasant room odor. The AC was inefficient, cooling only half the room and persistently shutting off. As a fan of IHG breakfasts, I was especially disheartened by our dining experience. The pancake machine was out of order, bread was haphazardly piled in bags without serving utensils, and the mini fridge was unkempt and nearly empty, even featuring expired yogurt. The breakfast offerings appeared to have been prepared at 6 AM and were not refreshed, resulting in stale eggs and hardened meat by 8:30 AM. Even the coffee tasted stale. General cleanliness was lacking, with dirty tables and counters apparent. In retrospect, a stay at motel 6 might have offered a better experience. This is not the standard I expect from an IGH hotel.

Faced with a choice of hotels within the larger area, the price point was far too high for the experience in too many ways. I would say ok to this hotel if it were priced on the low end if it’s large chain competitors. It’s is tough to displease me, but this is an accumulation management/corporate issues during the stay. Marriott, Hilton, La Quints and Hyatt all had my business this trip for less money. But, much to its credit, it is basic, clean and comfortable in the simplest ways which left me with some of peace of mind. I had a good sleep.

We rented a suite for a family of six. The sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed and were clearly dirty from the last use. We had to go and ask for sheets and covers. The next day house keeping didn't even remove the trash from our room. There were only enough towels for two even though it's a reservation for 6 Finally the bathroom is showing it's age with stains and worn material.

Booked when they were busy and was given a very sub-par room in the back with literally no view. Breakfast tasted like MREs and the wall mounted shampoo, etc was gross/low volume. Obviously had repainted the ceiling after some sort of leak too

The pictures on the internet made this hotel look nice, clean etc. The lobby was dark, the room was dirty and smelly. Carpet was stained and dirty. The short time I was in the room in my socks, they were black, the bed sheets had hairs in them, there was mold growing in the shower caulk, a hair on the toilet seat and the TV would not work. Lots of banging in the hall. I was not going to be able to sleep. It was late in the evening and I was not comfortable addressing these issues with the front desk staff so I just left the hotel and booked at the Hilton just down the street. Night and day experience! I called ******* to see if they could help me get at least a partial refund for the 5 nights I had booked there. ******* tried three times and the manager said he would not refund. What a rip off!

Over priced for room and amenities. I understand staffing problems with housekeeping but rates should reflect no housekeeping services. Hallways looked as if they had not been vacuumed in weeks. Main elevator due to location near indoor pool consistently had water on floor - slipping hazard! Drops of blood were even on elevator floor on our ride down one of the days we were there. Another main issue behind our complaints was due to ********* smoke that infused our entire hallway for many hours each day. Staff struggled and failed to control - I realize the staff faced a difficult situation but we should have been given a reduction in rate as it was a nonsmoking hotel. We had booked two rooms and one of our rooms also had a strong stale cigarette smell that remained for both nights of our stay. I had gotten air freshener from housekeeping cart but it worked for one hour. If there had been smoking in our room prior to our stay, room should not have been made available until smell was eliminated. First morning of our stay, vast majority of breakfast items were gone. I was told due to weather, shipment was delayed. Staff could have been sent to grocery store to temporarily stock. We ended up going out to breakfast both mornings - another reason for a reduction in inflated room rates. Trash including several pairs of plastic medical gloves strewn outside side entrance both days. Staff tried but were unable to handle properly.I would never consider staying here again

They were knocking my door before 9:00 to see if we was ready to leave the room. And at 10 am again. Check out is at 11:00 am
