Pequeño hotel muy buen situado, habitaciones amplias, buen desayuno y buena atención.

Amazing place, great rooms and super kind staff. Definitely a place to stay in Geneva. The place is in the charming Carouge, a nice area full of bar and cozy restaurants. Rooms are very quiet and the staff is very kind and supported us during the stay. Recommended !

Réception très désagréable à part peut-être si tu es italien. Les pommeau de la douche était sale voire noir et il y a beaucoup de bruits très tôt le matin du coup vraiment pas confortable pour les gens qui travaille le soir et qui veulent dormir un peu le matin. Pour le prix le déjeuner est vraiment léger Voilà à +

Chambre très agréable et spacieuse literie qualité ferme confortable ++; Sdb douche italienne assez large pour corpulence "enrobée"😉 ＞chambre appellation romantique. Seul bémol, pas de fenêtre s'ouvrant, volets scéllés ventilation par colonne oscillante +/- 24/25 °C Une vision "vue extrieure"aurait été agréble Accueil courtois ; Sans petit dejeuner pris: dommage (compétition à 7h45 ) Pas pris le temps

Réception est vide la plupart de la journée. On a clairement demandé si la chambre est faite pour handicapé et la réponse était oui mais c'est faux ! La salle de bain est absolument inaccessible en chaise roulante. Conséquence : mon père de 90 ans est tombé dans la salle de bain !! Au départ ils ont prétendu que devions payer alors que nous avions déjà payé. Ne se sont même pas excusé et étaient désagréable !!!

I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at Auberge Communale de Carouge through **********, and I can't stress enough how disappointing the experience was. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked, despite having a confirmed, prepaid reservation. The reception staff were unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills; they could not offer any assistance in finding me another place to stay for the night. I was left with no choice but to find alternative accommodation on my own and bear the cost again. Given that I had already paid for a room at Auberge Communale de Carouge, this was extremely frustrating and financially burdensome. What further adds to the disappointment is that there has been no effort from the hotel to make amends or offer any form of compensation. I strongly discourage anyone from booking at this establishment. It's crucial for a hotel to have dependable reservations and competent staff, and this hotel, unfortunately, fails at both.

Nous avions pris la chambre la moins cher sur la rue , à ne pas faire car très très bruyant…. Déjeuner 1 croissant par personne Le reste libre service pas terrible Accueil par un vieux monsieur pas terrible,les autres sont charmants. Chambre vieillotte Bien placé au centre de Carouge , parking pas facile dans la rue

La chambre est très confortable et joliment décorée. L hôtel est très bien situé, transports publics à proximité. Malgré l heure tardive d arrivée l’ organisation pour récupérer la clé a très bien fonctionné. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

This is a lovely hotel situated in one of the main streets of Carouge and just several tramway stops away from the center of Geneva. It is very cosy and comfortable and the Italian owner takes very good care of his guests. There is obviously an excellent Italian restaurant in the house with a wonderful terrace for outdoor dining in summertime. The rooms are comfortable and everything is being done to make you feel at home. Highly recommended !
