温恩德比斯特劍橋酒店(Hotel du Vin & Bistro Cambridge)

可愛舒適的房間和最令人驚嘆、專業、友好的工作人員。我的房間毗鄰室外吸煙區。每次我回到自己的房間，都要穿過一片煙霧。另外，院子裡的噪音把我吵醒了。我意識到這是不體貼客人的問題，不是飯店的問題，而是吸菸區的位置很糟糕。另外，請注意客房服務帳單上的隱藏費用。房間本身很可愛，飯店的其他部分看起來有點舊，例如樓梯上磨損的地毯。感謝幫我辦理入住和退房的人和為我提供客房服務的人。可愛的人們。

這是我們第一次入住這家飯店，我們很高興再次入住。房間很寬敞，物有所值，因為它位於主要街道上，所以很安靜，步行即可輕鬆到達劍橋市中心。飯店內沒有停車場，但步行 10 分鐘即可到達多層停車場，24 小時價格優惠。

我們升級到了套房。工作人員非常樂於助人而且有禮貌。房間乾淨、整潔，有我們需要的所有設施。我們在劍橋參加一個活動，所以我們希望有更多的時間來享受這個房間！我們度過了一段時間以來最好的睡眠！ 小酒館的早餐棒極了！

工作人員非常樂於助人而且令人愉快。房間很奇怪——所有的燈都必須打開才能有淋浴或浴缸，沒有行李箱架，臉盆附近沒有放洗漱用品的架子。但房間又大又有趣，有很好的茶和咖啡設施，而且在炎熱的天氣裡空調效果很好。

Our rooms were at the front of the hotel, and it was on a busy road. The windows were old and they vibrated and rattled when a bus or a lorry went past. Late into the night, and early in the morning, I could hear the beep, beep, beep of the pedestrian crossing outside the hotel. The worst was that the windows were unable to be opened. It was very warm and stuffy when we got into the room in the evening. Unfortunately, the AC was not working, and nobody could come and look at it. Hence, a restless night was had by all. Hot, stuffy and noisy. Shame!

Air con not working in our original room- room was changed the same day and staff moved our luggage whilst we were out for the day. Such a friendly and helpful manager. Our stay was lovely, thank you

裝潢精美、古色古香的精品飯店，位於一個很棒的區域，工作人員堪稱典範。我無法形容他們有多棒。大量的最後潤飾、特色和氛圍讓我的住宿非常愉快。這家餐廳很可愛，食物和服務都很棒，但有點貴。好地方！

The hotel is on the face of it a lovely place to stay and, is the main, good. Central location and cool decor. Comfortable beds, helpful staff, nice toiletries and decent food (not a huge selection, but that there is, is good). Closer look and it was a bit grubby, shower looked good but was dirty and a bit mouldy in the corners and the glass join, and the water didn’t drain so flooded over the edges (we spoke to reception twice in 3 days and nothing was done about it). Sink in the bathroom and the floor also just a bit grubby. Could all do with a deep clean. If we had paid less maybe I’d feel less inclined to be picky, but this is not a cheap place to stay.

Lovely rooms, however not cleaned well. First room was quite dirty so they moved me (upgraded) the second room was a little better, however still wasn’t up to scratch. Offsite parking was about an eight minute walk away, was told it was around the corner initially when I picked up the parking pass, would have been helpful if they offered me to leave my bags while I parked my car instead of me having to carry everything on the long walk to the hotel! Service level was quite poor, lack of information. The manager was really lovely and helpful once i complained about the unclean room but reception staff didn’t seem to be very present in the role.
