Wonderful motel overall . A couple of plates & cutleries in the kitchenette would have made it perfect .

Staff where amazing, great customer service and very easy to deal with. Housekeeping was amazing, go to work in the morning and come back to a very clean room and bed made every day, amazing.

When we arrived nothing was out of the ordinary but that all changed later in the evening, I have never heard of a motel having a curfew for grown adults to be in their room. The way the staff member spoke to our group was on par with a head mistress back in the 70's talking down to a class of ten year olds. Totally degrading and uncalled for. The very next night one of our group was approached for sitting outside having a cigarette. I add that they where Not in the room and there was an ash tray supplied on the table. Once again their demeanour was that of someone who has zero customer skills The next morning I went to heat up some leftovers for breakfast only to discover the microwave wasn't working. That was the last straw for me. I have stayed at more motels than I care to count and not once have I ever encountered such a rude employee. We will Never be back and I advise anyone thinking of staying at this establishment to simply drive past and find another

Unfortunately, this hotel was noisy, the room was in pretty poor condition and I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. My stay was only overnight and I definitely would not recommend it.

It's perfect for business trips, very quiet. We stay regularly because it's next to Bunnings in industrial area. Close to other shops. We're up super early, out and able to crash early with no disturbances. Will stay frequently in the future.

The rooms are clean , spacious and tidy good amenities , The pool is on the small side but is a wonderful addition . The Location is brilliant . Shops clubs aything you need close by plus meals are available at the lodge The hosts are eager to help in any way possible . Would not stay anywhere else In Bundaberg . we booked the king ground floor units

Friendly service, excellent communication regarding late check in. Comfortable bed, quiet, dark (with blinds) room. Excellent location, right near shops and services. The pool looks amazing. I would stay here again. The checking out service was helpful for booking a taxi.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a slight problem with our aircon playing up, but Anthony went above and beyond to move us to another room. The lodge is in a great location ... very central to most things. We will definitely be back when we visit the rellies again.

Super friendly owners/staff, clean and comfortable room, great meals that will satisfy the big eaters! Location is handy with shops, leagues club, cinemas all a short walk. Can highly recommend for the business traveler.
