Best Western Plus Hotel Lord Forrest

Hot water tank shaking while we using the water. No split system AC. Only portable AC which dont have remote. Room door have whooshing of air noise flowing through.

Decent hotel in Bunbury. Have all the required amenities. Meet expectation

The hotel was well run, the management were available to speak to in the day and the reception check in and out was quick. The rooms are pleasant enough, but the decor and bathroom was dated. The location is great, right by the high street, walking distance to a large play park and the foreshore for sunsets. Only complaints are; the strong smell of joss sticks at night and agree a smell to cover the pool chlorine is needed but suggest a fresh less overpowering essential oil instead. Secondly the rooms needed a vacuum each day. Ours was only vacuumed once in our 4 night stay.

Exactly as described. Neat, clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for out one night stay

I don’t usually write reviews but feel compelled to write a review for this hotel. Anyone writing a good review for this hotel is being kind. It is an old hotel in desperate need of renovation and WAY OVERPRICED. When we entered the room, we were greeted with matted carpet that had tons of dark stains. The air conditioner rattles as loud as a semi truck and cannot be adjusted which made it very difficult to sleep. The pool is in the middle of the lobby so the entire first floor smells like chlorine. The staff didn’t seem to care about any concerns we had. We traveled all around Australia and stayed at much nicer hotels for less. I would avoid this hotel..I am sure there are much nicer hotels in the area.

I liked the food and the bed was comfy. But was overcharged for breakfast and apparently won’t receive a refund for three days , checked in to a dirty room, pool was freezing, aircon was below average and could hear yelling and people drinking all night

Very convenient location however I have noticed that the price keeps going up like most things. Overpriced now for what it is.
