Holiday Inn 布拉瓦約(Holiday Inn Bulawayo)

It was a good stay. The service was good as they offer to help and they’ll do if you request them for something , but they might be slow. The internet was perfect for working. The breakfast was good with many varieties.

Excellent stay. Helpful staff who recommended good guide for Matobo National Park in short notice. Close to a supermarket and a pharmacy which is convenient. No much to see in the area around, however.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which meant I didn't have to worry about finding a safe place to park my car. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and convenient location made it a memorable experience that I won't soon forget.

Holiday Inn was a pleasure, well manicured lawns, clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed 9 nights and had no issues at all. Only area that needs a bit of attention is when making coffee's, the barrister needs to be more faster as they take very long (30-40 mins). Car park is well maintained, no potholes etc. Pool area and back lawns are also very well maintained. There is a Pick and Pay within walking distance. Hotel is a 5 min drive to Bulawayo city centre. Very safe and secure as well. As soon as the power cuts came, the generators kicked in straight away. So did not even notice the power cuts. Recommend this hotel any time. Thanks.

Great stay, friendly staff, good hotel taxi, comfortable beds. Bathrooms could do with a renovation to walk in showers considering the water situation in Bulawayo
