There was a lack of parking due to several large vehicles and trailers taking up multiple spaces. The hotel was full due to A&M graduation, and we were not able to find parking because the hotel allowed about 20 spaces to be taken up by about 5 vehicles. I wish they had done something to help the guests have access to parking. We had to park in the lot of neighboring businesses and were worried about being towed.

This property is always clean & quiet. There is a Walgreens and a Kroger, an IHOP & Twin Peaks restaurants that are walking distance.

The hotel itself is really nice. When we arrived last night to check in no one was at the front desk. We had to ask the bartender for assistance. The bartender was unable to locate the person that was supposed to be at the front desk. Thankfully the bartender was able to check us in. The room was roomy and nice; however, we could clearly hear the people next to us talking and coughing. One of the elevators was not working. Breakfast had a good variety but was terrible. Then all of the staff had a staff meeting in the lobby area discussing their customer ratings and such…not sure that needs to be discussed publicly with customers listening?

For the 5 minute check-in process, the lady at the counter NEVER ONCE looked me in the eye. Unacceptable. I don't need my tail kissed, but I demand you treat me like a person - not a number. This is Texas and I'm helping to pay your salary by spending $150/night. You CAN, in fact, be a friendly adult. People vote with their wallets, and you won't be getting any more of my money.

This hotel is very convenient to many things. You have restaurants in the parking lot. There's a Walgreens just across the parking lot well within walking distance. You have everything you need within a minute's walk. The hotel is in great condition. There's a functional bar. They are always showing sports. The breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. Not the best in the world, but sufficient to keep you from having to buy breakfast somewhere else. The biggest selling point of this hotel is the beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. I've stayed here a few times now, and I'm still amazed at the beds. If you like a soft plush bed, this is definitely the hotel for you. I travel on a weekly basis, and very rarely sleep well in hotels. I got a great night sleep here. If the comfort of the bed is the most important thing for you, this is the place for you. All around this is a great stay, and on any trip to College Station this will be my go-to hotel.

Showed up at 8am for breakfast, all ht dishes were empty, staff member said it would be a few short minutes. After 30 minutes and no sign of this staff member, went to front desk and spoke to Manager. She was frustrated with F&B staff member. After 40 minutes, they finally replenished

Great staff but the bed was about as good as any 30 motel. Probably won’t. Goose another BW hotel for the price I paid

Excellent place to stay. Staff was friendly, area is nice. Nothing wrong with hotel. Would stay here again. Twin peaks is a 2 minute walk.

This place was great! Quiet but close to downtown. Nice dining option close. The staff were excellent and helpful!
