I called this property on the day of my arrival to let them know that I would be arriving after midnight. The man at the hotel front desk said that he made a note on my reservation, so that my room wouldn’t be given away. Well, my room was given away. I arrived in the middle of the night with two children and they said that they didn’t have our room. Everyone in our group was staying at the hotel. They gave me a piece of paper and sent me to a nearby hotel of lesser quality. The nearby hotel was charging less per night that weekend and they did not have the Mountain View that I had paid extra for at the time of reservation, the hotel said that they would bill the Omni, but, instead, there was no bill under my door or anywhere at checkout time. They merely charged my credit card for what I was paying at the Omni, regardless of the room downgrade and lesser price they were charging other patrons. I am very disappointed that ******* says there is nothing they can do.
