Property appearance was pretty. Pool was very nice. Outdoor movie was nice on Friday but need every night. Elevators were terrible (always long waits). Pool bar closed at 7PM which is too early...should stay open until at least 9PM (especially on weekends); having to go to tap room to get a drink and bring it to the pool was very inconvenient...you're missing revenue on this decision.

Staff is beyond friendly- always a warm welcome. Pools & hot tub always clean & perfect temperature. Gym is very nice. Views of the mountains & or golf course are beautiful. I wish the spa had later hours, especially after a long day exploring Colorado. Will be back soon!

I called this property on the day of my arrival to let them know that I would be arriving after midnight. The man at the hotel front desk said that he made a note on my reservation, so that my room wouldn’t be given away. Well, my room was given away. I arrived in the middle of the night with two children and they said that they didn’t have our room. Everyone in our group was staying at the hotel. They gave me a piece of paper and sent me to a nearby hotel of lesser quality. The nearby hotel was charging less per night that weekend and they did not have the Mountain View that I had paid extra for at the time of reservation, the hotel said that they would bill the Omni, but, instead, there was no bill under my door or anywhere at checkout time. They merely charged my credit card for what I was paying at the Omni, regardless of the room downgrade and lesser price they were charging other patrons. I am very disappointed that ******* says there is nothing they can do.

I loved that there was ample self parking. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. Comfortable beds. Hot water instantly in the sinks and shower. Large fitness center. Well-kept grounds.

We had a very nice stay. The only issue was that only two of the four elevators were working. It got way backed up on Friday night. There is no access to stairs.

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Rooms are nice and pool areas are too! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is great, kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Restaurant inside was great for breakfast. Clean and comfy room.

Very nice property and interior design. Staff was wonderful - so friendly and attentive. Had the pan seared salmon in the Tap Room - perfectly cooked with beautiful presentation. Breakfast was delicious as well. Outdoor pool and hot tub were a treat to swim in in December. Fire pits were a nice addition. I didn’t use the fitness center but it looked great. Only small drawback were the sheets were a little rough - could have been a softer linen but first world problem. Bed was otherwise very comfortable Highly recommend.

Food options were great. Quiet place and very friendly staff all around. Would definitely stay here again
