布里斯託爾萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Bristol)

Called Hotel as we were on the road heading South and made a late registration (2 hours before arrival) via *******. I Reserved online based on our estimated destination and arrival in Bristol, and the Asst. at Front desk was quite attentive. She accommodated my request for rooms nearby each other, as I had my 18 year old daughter traveling with me on the way to her Freshman year at College. Her consideration of my said ask provided us a safer feeling as she placed us in separate rooms across the hall from each other. Thanks Much❗️ Freshman Dad Called ca. 10:00pm 8/8/23

We had a great stay. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was nice. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. Only downfall was that we were on 1st floor and next to maintenance and stairs so starting early it was door slam after door slam and the people above us walked like elephants. But overall a good stay and would recommend this hotel. Excellent location to places to eat and shop.

My family and I were on our way to West Virginia for a family vacation and booked last minute. It ended up being exactly what we needed especially with two kids. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable. The noon checkout allowed us to turn off our alarms and we were able to enjoy our morning before heading out. The continental breakfast had a decent varitey which is great for families with children. Everyone was able to find something they liked. After breakfast the adults were able to enjoy the gym while watching the kids (ages 6 and 7) enjoy the pool. We will definitely be on the lookout for more Fairfield Inns and Suites on future vacations.

Room was bigger than normal and bed was comfortable. However Amenities were sp****. 4 night stay and room was never serviced 😠 bed was never changed or made up, had to get clean towels, coffee for machine etc ourselves in lobby . Staff didn’t seem to acknowledge or care. Front desk did not seem to know much or represent hotel at all. Not earth shattering but for well over $300/night I would expect way more, especially for Marriott. Will not stay here again, and will think twice about this level of Marriott property

This was our second time staying here while traveling through. We always choose this area because it's a safe location with plenty of dinner options. Plus the hotel is very clean.

They had the pack n play in our room before we arrived. Have never had this happen in all my years of traveling with the kids. Way to go!

It was clean and comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Good value especially with breakfast.

The furnishings were in good condition and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.
