Appartement bien situé dans le centre ville de Brindisi. Les parties communes des appartements en location sont décorées avec goût. l’aménagement autour de la petite piscine du rooftop est sympa pour profiter d’une pause détente. L’appartement avec petit balcon est très agréable. Des boissons avec supplément sont proposées dans le réfrigérateur. C’est une très bonne idée mais dommage que les petites bouteilles d’eau ne soient pas offertes. C’est symbolique mais on aurait apprécié.

Tout était parfait. Très propre. Piscine sur le toit un atout. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la mer, des boutiques et des restaurants. Stationnement payant juste en face. Je recommande et j’y retournerai certainement.

Bien placé et bien aménagé

An exceptional treasure hidden on a quiet street just a block from the main street and 300 meters from the waterfront promenade. The facility is brand new and the rooms are unexpectedly spacious. The proprietor was did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. One cannot find a better full service property. One word of caution: if driving, parking is a.challenge.

As a party of 4 couples, we rented all 4 apartments which felt like having our own private establishment. The property is situated centrally in a quiet location and it was easy to walk everywhere. The apartments were plainly decorated, extremely clean, with an excellent continental breakfast served to your room. There is a ground floor reception, at which we were greeted on arrival, after which we all had our own access cards. We stayed for 4 nights with a one day excursion to Lecce, which was very interesting and recommended. It is easily reached by train in 30 minutes. There are a number of very good restaurants and bars within a five minute walk of the studios, which was perfect for our short stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Standards were very high. The breakfast was good enough as an easy meal. I struggle to see how you could find anything better at this price-point. All around recommendation from us.

We stayed in San Stefano Luxury rooms during a short visit to Brindisi. The building is modern and well thought out, located in a quiet, safe and well lit side street a short walk from restaurants and shops. Our apartment was comfortable, bright, modern and well equipped. Good air con and WiFi were a bonus. There is an elevator to all floors. A good continental breakfast is included and is brought to your room in the morning. We enjoyed ours on our terrace. The building has a small roof-top pool and solarium, ideal for chilling out. The apartments are managed by Alessandra who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Absolutely recommended, we would definitely plan future visits to Brindisi around a stay in San Stefano.

I have been at this location only for one night. Everything was excellent and welcome at the arrival very warm indeed. Just a couple of things to be tuned: please offer also decaf in the room, sleepers in the rooms shall be an upper point, amenities in the bath room are very limited Nice stay, I will be back surely

This guesthouse is a great place for staying in Brindisi. The rooms are large, they have a nice rooftop pool, it's super-central, and it has private parking spots for 15 Euros/day. However, I think that a few small changes would make the hotel perfect. For instance, the breakfast includes industrial food -- having fresh products would be better. Moreover, the curtain and the shower were not super-clean.
