Bright Colonial Motel

An excellent motel that was clean, spacious, and quiet. It was a bit cool for a swim, but the pool looked great, as did the BBQ area which looks one of the best around. Staff were friendly and helpful. As mountain bikers we chose it as it has locked storage shed for bikes, a wash-down area and two repair stands. These were all excellent. One minor thing is the hanging racks in the storage shed, only a few were wide enough for MTB tyres. The other racks would suit tyres on road and hybrid bikes. To avoid people not hanging up mountain bikes they may need to consider replacing some with racks to suit a wider range of tyres in the future. Location was good. As easy warm-up ride to Mystic Mountain and a short stroll to restaurants in the evening. Will certainly stay there again when up that way.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the room was spotless and just a beautiful location.Walking distance to the restaurants and pubs.Staff were helpful and highly recommend it to anyone.Also had a enclosed bbq area and swimming pool which would be very nice in the warmer weather

Quality of the room was exceptional everything we needed, very clean, service & atmosphere made for a memorable holiday. Fantastic facilities in the motel, walking distance to town, but in a quiet location.

Fantastic accomodation very close to the centre of Bright. Motel was spacious, clean with a small kitchenette and large bathroom. Two TVs and a comfortable lounge with ample car parking. No need for keys or card , access to room was via code. Easy.

Pete and Yvonne are the lovliest hosts in Australia! Rooms are immaculately clean, walking distance to town, pool, laundry and easy parking. Bright is a beautiful place but Pete and Yvonne made our stay extra special. Thankyou

This is our second stay at this great motel. Yvonne and Peter are great hosts. The rooms are immaculately clean. We were upgraded at no extra cost. Great location close to town. Highly recommended. Looking forward to staying again soon.

My partner and I have stayed at the motel several times before and always loved it. My mum is visiting from overseas so decided Bright is a place to visit with her. The room is clean and the bed super comfy. The motel is in a great location, walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Never been disappointed! Bright is one of my favourite places to visit! We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent and modern accommodation. All brand new; Spacious room,very comfortable beds ( King size) Nespresso coffee machine, microwave. Comfortable chairs quiet rooms, and location not far from all facilities incl. Woolwory.free wifi.
